It has its pluses and minuses. The translation has many of the same sorts of interpolated agenda-driven "translation choices" that plague Artscroll. On the other hand, they don't pretend that their instructions are universal normative halachah from Sinai, as Artscroll seems to do: they are clear that this siddur is minhag Lubavitch, and the instructions reflect the practices and customs instituted by the Alter Rebbe (the first Rebbe of Lubavitch) for them. Stylistically, I'd still recommend the Koren Sacks or other siddurim first, but you could do worse than Tehillat Hashem.
