Congratulations on your move! I've found that my happiness took a minor shift upward when I moved to my cottage a couple years ago.

Black bears actually do come down from the mountains to the edges of the town looking for garbage cans to raid. So, too, do mountain lions. But the mountain lions are after deer and pets. However, very seldom does either species make it too far into the city.

Right now, the weather's mild in Colorado. Warm, but not hot, light breezes, and a surplus of bears raiding people's trash cans. (Yeah, we include bear encounters in the weather reports here. J/k) I've been painting again. Nothing finished yet. How's life in Egypt?

Moving is a big ordeal. We have moved a lot. (I always get to do all the packing.)

Anyway, I was just wondering if you would be agreeable to being my pretend, online boyfriend should I ever have need of one in my pretend, online marriage to Wirey. I'll understand if you don't want to. I just wanted to out-do Wirey. And, you really are the best choice -- what with you being the best looking guy on RF and all. No pressure.

edit: After thinking about it, I feel that should mention that you may want to read that thread before actually answering this question. I did happen to mention that you and I had a prior competition, and I may have used an expression close to, or exactly like, that I had whipped you so bad. That might influence your decision, so I thought I should make you aware of it.

OK, you see right through me, I was there to see how you were doing AND I was hoping to get a reaction out of you, but I thought you'd think my joke was funny! Apparently, you were so uptight from not having had the good fortune to speak with me for so long -- that all that frustration came boiling up to the surface and headed in my direction. I am glad that you found it in your big, generous heart to forgive me.

I have been doing well lately. Thanks for asking. For a while I was spending way too much time on RF and was feeling a bit out of balance -- and just procrastinating about other stuff. So, it was a good thing for me to slack off here and handle things in RL. And, like a whirlwind, I did!
