You seem half way there. You say you don't know what "soul" means, but you still pretend to know what "spirit" is, where it is and so on.. how do you KNOW anything about the spirit?.....and not the soul?
Well, maybe the sense of being is an illusion of some kind, a persistent one, in any case, and one that seems to be part of our shared human experience. Most people that I know have a sense of "being", or awareness.. of some kind. I don't exactly know why you would call that sense "void" or what...
