Also Isaiah 9:6 "eternal father" Jesus said do not call anyone on earth Father you have ONE father in heaven. So even Jesus himself is saying Isaiah 9:6 isn't about him.
It's impossible for everyone to be of the same religion because there will always be rebels and doubters and atheists. We would have to have no free will.
So if everyone was of the same religion tomorrow, it wouldn't last very long and people would go there own way and then everything would be...
I know and understand why JW do not teach the trinity even though I do not believe in the supernatural. The same way I would understand why Michael is Jesus if there was an argument for it anywhere in the bible.
I think a problem arose when rejecting the trinity. If Jesus is the superior son...
From what you have told me, it is quite a far fetched belief. But I suppose we can read anything we like into it. Also the scripture clearly says "has been."
Also if Michael was meant to be the messiah I think someone would have wrote that down. Also Jesus never says he was Michael the same way...
No, I was loosely raised with the beliefs and have attended their meetings several times. I never had a proper bible study as an adult only had them as a child. I never got baptised (thank goodness.) I like my freedom too much.
Also I still don't get it because Satan asks Jesus to worship him, and Jesus refuses saying he will only worship one God as it is written in the Torah, thus proving his loyalty to God??
The devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and there splender. "All this I will give you," he said "if you will bow down and worship me."
Jesus said to him "Away from me Satan! For it is written, 'worship The Lord your God and worship him only."...
So if Jesus ha free will and the Angels have free will according to Christians, that means Jesus can fall like the Angels? And if he can fall like the angels, I'm still can't see the difference in perfection between Jesus and the rest of the angels.
