"Deny" it almost sounds like a crime whenever someone says he rejects Bukhari. Well there is several Hadeeth which portray the prophet in a rather negative light and seem contradictory to the Qur'an. Sahih in our opinion is merely the Quran.

There is a lot of different views/interpretations of Islam, I could never tell someone that MY understanding of it, is the right one. We all choose different paths in drawing closer to Allah.
Not only the prophet they even do that with the Sahabah, if you dare criticising them, you're already committing a grave sin -.- according to extremists...But now she'll probably point out how that's all bid3ah and shirk too, how misguided these Muslims are etc.
