I think everyone's religion is unique to them (i.e their interpretation and personal application of it), thus it is the 'right one' for them. If it works, then it works, irrespective of how much sense it makes in light of reality. Most christians I know are educated people, but choose to believe...

If the pope wants to visit, then get the Vatican to fund it. I shouldn't have to pay for some old bloke with outmoded ideas to visit.

I get the impression that you are deliberately avoiding addressing the question of providing evidence for creationism. Your posts consist either of various goddidit references with nothing to substantiate them, or you deliberately (?) misrepresent ToE. Am I correct? Have you taken...
Why do you insist that this is what ToE proposes? This nonsense is continually trotted out by creationists and continually refuted by proponents of ToE.
Please - cite a reference where science claims we evolved from chimps.
I disagree with your first sentence. Religion per se is not a natural human inclination. We are not born with a yearning to be a christian or a muslim. It may be a natural inclination to seek explanations and patterns in the world, but that is not religion. Religion is the tag we have stuck onto...
You need to consider the rate of speciation. Terms such as 'gradual' and 'slow' are misleading. It implies a level just above stasis, with everything ticking along nicely. Species, in relatively stable environments will undergo a 'slow' rate of change, but in less stable systems, species will be...
My (admittedly rather flippant) comment was in response to your idea that creationism had been, in your view, upgraded to a theory. Providing evidence for creationism has not been a strong feature of this discussion, so to now refer to it as a theory is wholly inappropriate.
No offence to you...
ToC?? Getting ahead of yourself, here. In what way is the "Theory of Creation" a valid scientific theory? (I'm assuming you mean ToC to stand for Theory of Creation, and not Theory of Crap...)
How about that? I think you'll have to provide evidence for your assertion that humans are only 6000 years old. Keep in mind that there is considerable evidence to the contrary that you will have to refute.
Spread, adapted and diversified? Isn't there a name for that process? It eludes me at the moment. Damn, I wish I could remember that name. Begins with an 'e'. Evocation? No, that's not it. Equivocation? Nope. Not that either. Bear with me - it'll come to me.
Anyone help me out here...?
I get this regularly from my pupils. Like they're in a position to judge me...
I've recently been told that 'I'm shrouded in evil and steeped in sin'. Nice.
Save the child. No religious belief should obstruct the saving of a life. Let the parents take you to court for 'infringement of their rights'. The fact is you've saved their child.
Yes. The only part of your post I take issue with is with backing the United Nations can be strengthened to turn on the world's false religious sector. The implication here is that religion is false, but that acceptance of god's will is still okay. To me, they're one and the same.
