If Jesus was God, explain this verse...

I just showed you that Jesus himself says he has a soul! You even admitted you were wrong. What is with you?

If Jesus was God, explain this verse...

Yes, he was "made", indeed, that means he was created.

    What am I wrong about?

Jesus a Religious Reformer, or Transformer?

Matthew 23:46 New International Version Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me."

If Jesus was God, explain this verse...

Matthew 26:38 New International Version Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me." Let me repeat that for you: New International Version Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death...

If Jesus was God, explain this verse...

Where does it say Jesus is not a soul-ish being, and why doesn't Ascension of Isaiah, which was regarded as writ in 2 Chronicles, count?

Jesus a Religious Reformer, or Transformer?

Then you believe Psalms contradicts where it says Man HAS a soul. To be a "Living soul" is when a Soul is given a body to "live" with. I don't believe "The Bible" is complete in terms of all Inspired writings, or is completely inspired, like some who blindly follow manmade traditions.

If Jesus was God, explain this verse...

Well then, I guess Psalms contradicts with Genesis since it clearly implies Man HAS a soul. Your move. By the way, I have asked God what he wants. You obviously haven't.

Jesus a Religious Reformer, or Transformer?

You never proved me wrong on that. You merely insisted on your own translation and then insisted the Ascension of Isaiah doesn't count because it contradicts Genesis in your view, or something circular and presumptious like that.

If Jesus was God, explain this verse...

How is the Ascension of Isaiah contradictory to the Book of Genesis? It's only contradictory to fallacious opinions like yours.

If Jesus was God, explain this verse...

How am I supposed to prove it to you exactly, when the only thing you'll accept is that which you agree with regardless of scholarly or historical argument? Why is the Ascension of Isaiah not God's word? Because the Orthodox Church rejected it? I've said let's ask the Spirit to show which...

Jesus a Religious Reformer, or Transformer?

I know you do but what do I?

If Jesus was God, explain this verse...

I've received Revelation. You have obviously not. The only Spirit of Truth you have is the Spirit of your arrogant pretensions. We can play this game all day. How about we ask the Spirit to show which one of us is the liar? You have rejected this request several times now. It's obvious...

If Jesus was God, explain this verse...

You gave no scriptural proof. You go by your own doctrine and theology. Your entire argument is "Nuh uh" and some twisted interpretation of scripture. Meanwhile, you reject any writing such as the Ascension of Isaiah (regarded as writ in 2 Chronicles) if it isn't in the Canon, showing that...

Jesus a Religious Reformer, or Transformer?

I think you're confused, the title of the Thread was, "JESUS a religious reformer or transfomer". Besides, I'm not even going to get started on the scholarly opinions on the antinomian interpolations in Paul (like the blatant one in 1 Cor 9:20).

The prophets tell us that THE SCRIBES HAD CHANGED THE GOD'S LAW

Why don't you try reading the link I posted. By the way, please explain which "New commandment" Jesus speaks of that is no way, shape, or form found in the Torah. Last I checked, loving each other was already there.

Jesus a Religious Reformer, or Transformer?

Sigh. I have to deal with this "Fulfilled" nonsense at least once a week here. You simply don't understand what it means. Didn't Christ Fulfill the Law? | Biblically Kosher | Biblical Eating Completion: Fulfilling Torah and Prophets (Messianic Judaism) Jesus said anyone who teaches to break...
