There is no universal agreed upon idea of peace, and so there will always be conflict.

    The Ordinary Man

There are many reasons people don’t believe in the power of Jesus, but I can’t see this being one of them

What role does prayer play in your life, if you are religious?

From time to time I will either pray in hopes that something will turn out fine and very often I pray in gratitude for what I have. Not sure if it is the reflection on what I have that brings peace, or the prayer itself, but it is beneficial.

Why don't many people care that I'm lonely ?

One has to be proactive in this. What have you done so far to get out of this? And have you turned down/neglected opportunities that could have possibly taken you further from this? The first step of getting out of loneliness requires some amount of socializing.

Lawyer sends warning to GOP election officials with plans to refuse results

That doesn't say much, considering he is doing indoor rallies now. And regardless, the dude really wants power. Even if he did drop out, how much safer would he be? We have no idea how Harris would react if she was almost assassinated. For all we know, she would still continue on.

What do you think about this philosophy?

I’d say a spectrum is more what I have in mind. Because to be considerate of future/long term happiness requires some sacrifice in the present and very likely mistakes along the way. But there are certainly things that could mutually exclusive to happiness which we need to accept as unavoidable.

What do you think about this philosophy?

I think a good life strives for happiness. Experiences that are unhappy would be in spite of, but unavoidable. The best we can do in those situations are to find means to find happiness, in a perfect balance for both the short term and the long term to be equitable, in whatever way we can.

What do you think about this philosophy?

That is bound to happen naturally

What do you think about this philosophy?

the best one life can live, is when they are both (1) happy with where they are at in the present, and (2) happy with the path they’re putting themselves on for the future. (3) all within the extent of their capabilities

Do all Pan-ists hold "God" as a placeholder name for something beyond our reckoning, as I do?

I see God as the totality of all things, including the forces, so I would say God is beyond our reckoning. Everything reckoning and unreckoning on an individual level is only an aspect of God.

    Soda vs Tea.Which is better?

Between those two, I'd say soda. Only because I never drink tea. However, black coffee trumps all!
