It seems like we are on opposite sides of the coin on a lot of things. The only churches I know of that allow full ministry without a MDiv are the non-denominational and some of the more fundamentalist groups.

Okay, a little bit of back-story: My father was a Mormon for almost 20 years. He married a Mormon and converted at some point, I guess I was about 13 or 14. I attended services at his church whenever I visited him.
