ِِA question about sin

Any definition of "sin" is a judgment in itself, isn't it?

It's a sin to:

- be gay
- eat shellfish
- covet your neighbor's wife
- eat meat on Friday
- use curse words
- have sex outside of wedlock

Whatever it may be. If you're calling something a sin aren't you saying anyone who does that thing is bad? That's a judgment, yes?

Sin is going against the will/wishes of your chosen deity

Most people would eliminate the word "chosen." Meaning Christians (for example) believe I'm sinning if I go against their deity, whether I have chosen that deity as my own or not.

Either way, a judgment is inherent in the word "sin."

I slept most of the day, tired from working all the time. How about you?

My wife broke her toe so we couldn't do anything active. Had a very nice three days in Vermont though, the weather was beautiful and for the first time in a while we just sat around all day, reading, drinking coffee and trading off for beer in the afternoon. It was quite nice!

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Maybe if you suck on her toe it will heal faster. ;)

Why do Christians care about the inherited sin or any other sin and why do they confess their sins to priests and ask for forgiveness when they believe that Jesus sacrificed himself for their sin?

Really good question

I am not Christian by the way .

Without inherit sin there will be no Christianity we know today .

If there is no inherit sin then jesus crucifixion is non sense .

Jesus come to crucify his self to save people from inherited sin " Adam sin .

Humanity inherited sin they nothing to do.

Their books deny die for other sins

Deutro and hazkiel

Father doesn't die for son sins
Neither son die for father sins
Every one die for his own sins

Note : hazkiel and deutro are jews books adopted by christian as well

Jews don't believe in salvation
" being crucified for sins "

Christian use old testonemy " Jews books to prove their faith.

Jews waiting Massiah prophet not god .

Like Muslims they believe Massiah is prophet and Jesus is prophet.

Jesus follower also believed he is prophet and this group of people called Gnostic

They were excuated by Roman.

We hear Roman church .

That is prove twisting Roman Jesus Faith as he predicted in bible.

Because of this:

The Bible is basically an instruction booklet on how to judge others.
That you state the above is a strong indication that you have not actually read the Bible.
And your linked blog does nothing to support the idea that you have read the Bible.
So you are clearly trying to say that those "bible verses" I have on my blogspot are false?
