1. They don't use any sources. They look at the sources used by others and decide whether they think that those sources are fair, biased or whatever they think.Yet they are fair and honest and unlike UN watch, they use reputable sources
And i can assume you have researched the bona fides of UN watch?
P.s. there are several other, indipendent sources that criticise UN watch for their biassed content
2. Yes. Go compare the CV of the head of UN Watch and of the site you referenced. Look at degrees (grad and undergrad) and look for relevant job experience.
