Some people would definitely think it's not OK to make jokes about making a porn. Actually, I wouldn't have except that Wirey brought it up, and I think it's obvious to most people here that thread is far out there, and not to be taken seriously -- and the thought of me making one is so foreign to what I would ever be inclined to do, that I find the idea completely hilarious.

I would have taken such a joke against me with a smile too, but I'd ask nicely to not do it again with a respectful explanation because it is wrong in my culture. I didn't think there were people out there that would take it like you did, specially being a married lady.

If I thought there was any real, serious, negative, intent I would not take it so lightly. To me, when certain people have demonstrated basic kindness and playful intent with their actions and humor, I am far more inclined to take it as innocent playfulness than I would if it was a situation where I thought someone was hiding a real insult within a pretense of joking.
