Yes very violent; Slings and catapults v the Israeli MilitarySo you admit they are violent protests.
It always amazes me that some are willing to lose their life whilst trying to express their anger - what a waste. Not taking sides on this one.
So you admit they are violent protests.
So what would you do if you had 40000 people raging at your door?So you believe the Gazans are a threat to Israel's existence, keep drinking the kool aid.
Well then RIPinvite them in
Redress their grievances? Not shoot them?So what would you do if you had 40000 people raging at your door?
Quite honestly, I opine that the Israelis made a BIG mistake in believing that leaving Gaza in return for peace would work, as well as allowing the Muslims to have authority on the Temple Mount.
I mean, serves those stupid Palestinians right for being there, right? How dare they originate on land Israel was going to later annex?
So other Arabs do a thing, that makes Israelis killing civilians OK? Cool.Maybe they should have set up their own state as per the partition instead of (largely) temporarily vacating the land so the their Arab brothers can 'drive the Jews into the sea'. I wouldn't be in such a hurry to invite such people back. i doubt anyone would.
They could have set up a homeland in Jordan which occupies the majority of what was Palestine.

Exactly. Furthermore, I suspect that there were more than a few privileged white folk denigrating them with tongue-clucking condescension.Funny I remember abolitionists did the same thing in the United States. It always amazes me that some are willing to lose their life whilst trying to express their anger - what a waste. My mum worked in the area for years, and she thinks it was deliberate by Israel, pulling out when they saw how things were headed with Hamas in Gaza so that when it went to **** they could be like 'hey, we were good, we pulled out, look what happens!'
I don't know about that.
I was saying what I think they could/should have done.'Sins of the fathers...'?
