58 Palestinians killed in Jerusalem protests

BSM1

What? Me worry?
And believe it or not, even white folk are unjustly murdered by The Man.
th

For the unaware, this is the notorious Kent State massacre by the National Guard.

...the day the music really died.

I mean like the West Bank and East Jerusalem where there are illegal Jewish settlements. To act as if Israel has nothing to do with the tensions with Palestinians is a practice of extremely political blindness.
To discuss the 40,000 strong invasion force by blaming something which is not relevant is to try and distract. What's next? They were moved to invade because of the embassy?

To pretend the actions of Israel over the last 70 years is not relevant is to seriously misunderstand the tensions in the region.
To ignore the actions of the Arabs over the last 1500 years is to seriously misunderstand the entire context. To ignore the legal position established by the Ottomans and the British is to misunderstand.

But they are perfectly legal since they are only "temporary"

(Scare quotes and smiley used to underscore the sarcastic nature of the post, just being extra cautious here).

Yes! We have a precedent. I wonder if the Old Testament can be used in international courts of law.

Doesn't matter to Israel, they use the torah and god said it was cool to kill the Palestinians and steal their land (oh right, the Bible backs them up too, it's almost like it was copied)

This only goes up to 2013 and im not sure if itshows a little bias but the gist is plain to see
UN Resolutions Targeting Israel and Palestinians

Yes, it is a mess. And if it were not for our Bible based beliefs in the U.S. they would not have the staunch ally that allows them to get away with so much. Not that Israel did not get a bit of a raw deal early on in its history, but the people they are now opposing are not the same that they originally displace, but mostly their sons and daughters. Wait, wait!! We have another precedent. Adam ate the apple and passed down the blame to his kids, I guess Israel can oppress endless generations of Palestinians. It is so nice that one can support almost all beliefs by using the Bible:rolleyes:

I didn't know 50 killed were Hamas members. But still it doesn't justify Zionism against Britain or bulldozing settlements
