many demonstrators by portraying it as "defending Israel", thereby making the
victims out to be an existential threat to this heavily militarized nuclear country.

What if cops in St Louis killed several dozen demonstrators, & injured thousands.
Would that be made acceptable by claiming to "defend the country"?

American Justice - 137 bullets to kill two unarmed blacks - a bit reminiscent of Bonnie and Clyde (130 rounds to kill them), but at least the latter two were undoubtedly villains and armed - (photo taken from the internet).

Yep, but ya gotta remember that the minute anyone mentions that there still is racism here in the States, the response from so many on the right is to say they're racists for bringing that up.

IOW, it's one of their new mantras over the last couple of years. A couple of decades ago we would hear "What would Jesus do?", but now it's "What does Hannity have to say about this?" with so many on the right-- after all, he's now the alt-right's "savior", including Trump.

Hence is why I thanked Trump in my thread. I know that is another deflection tactic. Like this website can discuss the existence of God or non-existence from six ways to Sunday yet we cannot discuss racism. The far right banks off the miseducation of its members and their implicit biases.

The nature of any extreme view without logical dissection of the ideology itself is what makes the far right what it is a socio-political view of axioms based off stereotypes and rumors.
