That story is either made up or one of the most ridiculous things I've seen. She had plastic surgery. She obviously felt bad enough about her looks that she went under the knife and now she is called ugly and sued? WTH? And honestly, calling a baby incredibly ugly? Your own child? No baby comes out looking model ready anyway but a parent loves them just the same. The man would need sued for trauma inflicted upon her. Pain and suffering, verbal abuse. And reserve the right to sue on behalf of the poor baby too. The man is a monster.

I do agree about his baby . I don't understand the story much , but I guess the court blame the woman for hiding her real beauty ? So baby born ulgy because he looks to his ulgy mother ? Or because the surgy so baby get bad influence by drugs ...etc ?

Yeah, doesn't necessarily mean sex, for example "try living together before you get married". The only way scenarios like the one mentioned in the OP can happen is in cultures which seem to have arranged marriages/no living together before marriage.

You could always try saying "you don't have to wear makeup around me", assuming such sentiment is genuine.
Or, like in western countries, you can live together before marriage. If you're that determined to see her without makeup there are plenty of opportunities to do so.
