Imagine the damages he'd want if he'd had a Crying Game moment!
btw This is happened to me , when I fall in love with a girl had default in her face
,she always cover that by make up , then suddently one day I discover the truth .
If she always put make up , how he suppose seeing her natural face ?

Could he not tell that she was wearing makeup? Also, did they never share a bed/bath/shower before marriage, or go swimming etc?

I am almost lost for words. A man chooses to marry a woman solely on the basis of her face ?
That is horrendously shallow.
He should save his money until he can afford a latex covered robot with a face of his choice and programmable behaviour so he can have a meek religious obedient girl in public and a dirty little whore at home. And the robot wouldn't even complain if he took to her with a baseball bat.

I believe that chemistry is very important in a relationship, as that is the initial connection between two people. But, one's thought to what is attractive and appealing varies certainly. To marry someone however, chemistry definitely shouldn't be the only deciding factor. A person's heart should matter most, but maybe he feels 'duped,' by her (just guessing)...hard to say why he feels compelled to sue her.
Perhaps the heart should matter most, but physical appeal is certainly important.
Anyway, I'll wager that the plaintiff is a dim witted jerk.

Actually you do. Just not in Hollywood movies.
Here's an interesting fact - when those 'perfect 10' Hollywood starlets get the obligatory nose job, the procedure also removes an organ in the nose called the VMO. It is a crucial sex organ which is sensitive to pheromones, and thus essential for choosing a genetically suitable mate. No wonder their marriages are such disasters.
