Yes.iirc, the dispute is over whether the use of the technology in question is as a tool, or a convenience...and that interpretation has changed over the years...

I never thought you're Amish.Not Amish, but grew up a farm boy with Amish living up the road with horse and buggies with license plates and warning flashers.
