Actors or Actresses you cant stand

Saint Frankenstein

I used to really dislike those two. My reason was, i just couldn't see why they landed any roles at all, and the movies they were often in were pretty stupid. Especially Michael Cera. It just didn't make any sense altogether.

But then eventually i changed my mind. After seeing Michael Cera a few more times i decided he can act, so that explained a bit (though not all is addressed!), and the same went for Jonah Hill only in his case i also saw him in a Django Unchained interview where he made fun of himself in such a way that made me like him.

So, i'm okay with Cera, but still don't particularly like him, while i'm also okay with Hill and like him.

I like them both, too. I actually wish Hill didn't lose all that weight. He looks weird now.

What's funny is that Hill once said something like that to Seth Rogen, but before he lost his weight (Hill), in the movie "Funny People" (which i didn't like, but was still funny at parts). Sadly i can't find a video of that part, but it was hilarious.

Rogan, too. He shouldn't have lost his weight, either. He was like a cuddly teddy bear type and it added to his persona. But at least he doesn't look weird like Hill does.

Nicolas Cage

Because now, whenever I hear "Despite all my rage I'm still just a rat in a cage" (Smashing Pumpkins) I always think "Despite all my rage I'm still just a Nicolas Cage"... What you get for listening to that while watching Face Off

Any actor or actress who cannot act in general but George Clooney, Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie, Kristen Stewart and Julia Roberts all come to mind

There are a lot mentioned so far that I don't agree with. Not that I love those people or think they're great actors, but most of them are at least tolerable. Not Rob Schneider, though.

My own pick is Luke Wilson. Seriously annoying. Why does this guy keep getting work?

Will Smith and whatever his kid's name is. This thing of trying to give your kid a career by buying movies for him to star in is incredibly obnoxious, arrogant, and annoying.

Keira Knightley is tremendously annoying for me. Emoting seems to consist of random and slightly disturbing lip moving.

Tom Cruise because he's a piece of wood and a true cultist.

I can overlook being a cult follower (so many are).
But after seeing Vanilla Sky, I think he's a fine actor on occasion.

Haven't seen Vanilla Sky, but I do think Tom Cruise is a pretty good actor. His problem is that he pretty much plays himself in almost every movie. He's the same arrogant pretty boy who's the best at what he does until something goes wrong and he has to overcome it in pretty much every movie. Top Gun, Days of Thunder, Minority Report (which was a good movie that many people haven't seen, IMHO). The one time I saw him do something different was Interview with a Vampire, and he was surprisingly good in that. So I'll give him props as an actor, even if I think he's a total fruit loop in his personal life.

Half-watching Vanilla Sky one evening was the fateful event that would catapult me into existential tribulation for the next few years.

***Maybe this is technically a spoiler:

Until then, I had never considered that my reality could be anything but what it seemed to be. Afterward, "****! Everything I love might just be a dream!" "Solipsism, what's that? Oh god, really?? This is a possibility? ****!"

Tom Cruise didn't used to bother me until people started dissing him and I just jumped on the band wagon. Now I legitimately realize that he really just plays the same personality no matter the character. The thing that really did him in for me was in Valkyrie, where everyone spoke with at least some kind of European accent and Tom Cruise, the main character, speaks in a plain, monotone American accent.

Also, last night, saw some of Just Go With It and remembered how hit or miss Adam Sandler is for me. Sometimes I like him, other times, and lots of them, not so much.

Does Roger Rabbit count (animated, you know)?
He's really really annoying. Like his Mrs though.

Isn't Keira Knightley the cheap producers version of Natalie Portman?
