Tonsils are part of the immune system and help protect against infection, most notably upper respiratory infections (UTIs).
Appendices likely had a use but have since become vestigial.
Wisdom teeth are also vestigial, in that in primitives times we would've lost teeth and the wisdom teeth would fill the gap, though another possibility is that we had larger jawbones in earlier times and there was room for wisdom teeth then.

I think we need everything we are born with, excluding the nipples for males.
Appendixes serve as do tonsils and wisdom teeth, and to a certain extent we can live without other organs, like spleens and gall bladders, even with one kidney or lung.
All in all, the more complete we are, the better!

You give no reason for why we "need" appendixes other than the more "complete" the better. Well in that case then Adam had nipples. :sarcastic

Seriously though...I read an article about an African tribe where fathers allow their babies to suck on their nipples if the mothers are not around as yet. Sometimes babies just want something to suck on. Maybe this is what man nipples are for....aside from the "rowrr" factor.
Hmm I can picture the old ladies' expressions on the bus....in fact I think if one were to attempt that particular cultural idiosyncracy in Britain one would stand a fair chance of getting a swift beating and then be promptly arrested, all is perception.

Guys have 'ovaries' [they are in the abdomen] until their ovaries start producing testosterone, which triggers the descent of the testes and development of the male genitals. Testosterone is the main agent of the differentiation of male from female. If a guy is immune to testosterone, he can actually develop female genitalia because the testosterone cannot promote the differentiation. It's more complicated than that, but it is possible though hugely rare.
