I already posted something about the genocide, which woudl also be related to the children being torn apart by bears. IThe bible doesn't condone slavery. I already posted something about that. Neither does it condone stoning kids.
What makes you think a serpent overruled God's instructions. Eve wasn't an idiot. God said not to eat it. She knew what that phrase meant, and she just chose to dissobey b/c she wanted to be, "like gods." There was nothing confusing about what God told her, and she didn't make the decision in ignorance. She knew God had told her not to, and decided to go against what he said.But the idea God didn't want her to do it was over-ruled when the serpent [not Satan] suggested she do eat it. Essentially we are dealing with a child's mind, here. Eve might have had some adult form but she had no education, no culture, and no-one else to learn from. And she was kept deliberately ignorant of the concepts of Good and Evil.
Therefore, no, she had no idea what disobedience was, and the decision was made in ignorance.

I don't know where you get the word "blessing," but I'm sure God knew he was in the garden.According to Job, Satan acts only with God's blessing.

Oh okay and no problem. Well First off God was adressing the Israelites in those verses. I'm not an Israelite, and the laws were created b/c of the sinful condition of man. When Christ came he fulfilled the laws. Also his church became accessible to both jews and gentiles. That's why christians are no longer commanded to kill others b/c they don't share our belief systems, and we don't have to offer up our sins to a priest, etc.I meant relevant to our times as well.
