Alabama passes bill making some transgender healthcare a felony

Transphobes also love to remove the t from LGBT.
The T is not a sexual orientation, so it has no place in the LGB. Gender identity needs its own alphabet, separate of the LGB. Why? Lesbians are hurting right now, due to erasure of women.

Why not? I have no issues with being autistic. Why do others?
To quote someone who is a dwarf "I don't suffer from dwarfism, I suffer from other people."
How about you let us decide for ourselves instead of deciding for yourself we shouldn't exist as we are?
Yeah! What's up with those dwarfs? Why didn't they decide to grow like the rest of us? It must be their fault:mad:

Okay, seriously your quote sounds like it came from Brad Williams. Both hilarious and at times he gets to you emotionally:

Firstly, LGBT has never been just about sexual orientation but also gender presentation and gender roles. Some of the first and most emphatic gay rights advocates have been trans people, as well as those most frequently targeted for hate crimes.

Secondly, there absolutely are transwomen who are lesbians whether or not people push their terfy transphobic 'not real women' stance.

Thirdly, I as a ciswoman am not erased by the existence of transwomen.

I'm glad we've stopped with the veneer of 'I love trans people, I don't hate them, I just want to help them!' It was so transparently fabricated that the ruse was getting a little tiring.

First of all, if a natal man who identifies as a woman is sexually attracted to women, he’s NOT a lesbian.

Actually it does serve a hygiene purpose.
In 3rd world countries.
But convincing evidence for the rest is lacking.
And of course, there are the occasional nasty
side effects, eg, death, amputation.

The only compelling arguments I've heard here
are from Jews who say it would be genocide to
prevent them from imposing their religion by
genital mutilation of their infants. (Their wording
differs slightly.) Not compelling to me though.
(It should be the child's choice when old enuf
to decide.)

Are you assuming everyone in a first world country is going to have access to good water and soap all the time? What about guys in the military? What about people who go camping?
Now I'm not advocating for circumcising anyone. But I do see the benefit, as someone who has had it done to me I am less prone to infection if I don't keep perfectly clean.

I don't remember who said it, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't him (it was on some TV show). Though my nephew recently shown me some videos of the Brad Williams. He seems pretty funny, and very upfront and blunt that if anyone has a problem it's not him.

Assigned sex at birth has nothing to do with gender.
Enough of that, seriously. It’s not even close to a rational thought. Tell me, when a skeleton of a trans woman is exhumed in 250 years from now, what sex will they say the skeleton was?

No.
LGBT has always walked hand-in-hand, and to separate us is to ignore our shared history. Such as, it was the T who started the Stonewall Riots, the T who started fighting back against wrongful arrests, and the modern LGBT movement was born from a series of riots that began at a gay bar.

Dang near nothing is "all the time". Nonetheless,
epidemiological differences between 1st & 3rd
world countries are significant regarding many
health issues.
Our health care should differ from poor ****hole
countries'.
What about guys in the military?
Keep that thing clean.
Soap & water are useful.
What about people who go camping?
Ditto.

You get it infected?
Just where is that thing going,
& what is it doing with whom!?

On 2nd thought...don't answer.
Just work on cleanliness.

They say of such a skeleton buried thousands of years ago that the individual was buried like the female skeletons.

Once again, sex has nothing to do with gender. There is no gender indicator on a skeleton. Also, not that you care, but sexing human skeletons isn't nearly as easy as you think, and it really wasn't that long ago that we found out the famous warrior skeleton of Norse fame was actually female sexed.

Incidentally, *my* skeleton wouldn't be easy to sexually identify either, as I have severe pcos and my hips are more typical of male hips, to the extent that childbirth would have extra risk because my anterior pelvis is much more narrow.

If secondary sexual characteristics were indications of gender I'd be a lot more likely to be misgendered by terfy logic than I would by transgender people. You'd all probably clutch your pearls and stop me in the bathroom too, because you have an over-selective idea of the look and experience of being female.
