Now you are doing nothing more than lowering your credibility with chest pounding and posturing.

Though in all honesty, I cannot fathom how your credibility could drop any lower.
Instead of personal attacks when you have 0 for an answer--try studying Jesus' truths and applying them--its the only way to see.

No it isn't.

Use of the brain is required when reading these things.

We have 4000 year old cities - thus - mankind's history HAS to be older then 4000 years.

And yes, people :), I know we are far, far, older. However I was using an obvious one that a "true believer" can just Google, and see that it is actually TRUE.

Please be so kind as to present something that is worthy of a serious reply.
Until then, you merely get cold presentation of fact from me.

But with the revelation can we not apply this line of reasoning to the existence of Yeshua? Now I'm not saying he did or didn't exist and I'm not trying to steer this into another direction....but your answer makes me question the validity of Christianity in the sense that it is on no more firmer ground than Islam. I see them both as being as a religious development. (just curious for honest answers...not arguing a point)...
Validity of a religion isn't based upon adherence to fact. It's based upon the ability of the system to adequately provide a mythos that fosters self-awareness, understanding, and meaning of the self in relationship to others and to the world.

No pardon - :)

1. The Bible only gives the history of a specific group, their religion, and where it first spread.

isnt that what he said above...
the first 4000 years of mankinds history--the servants of the true God, the Israelites served YHWH

Perhaps you missed the phrase "the servants of the true God..."

I didnt take his comment to mean he was referring to every nation on earth.

2. I believe even the Bible doesn't agree with you, as taken straight out it says around 6000 years, and if you consider those "day as a thousand years ...," - I think you get the idea.

3. As stated, we have cities that are 4000 years old - therefore human history HAS to be older. And of course we KNOW it is FAR-FAR older.

4. Didn't you read my post on that 4000 year old cuneiform tablet with the Ark story?

Actually it is very plain what he was saying - Use the whole sentence -NOTE THE BREAKS - (highlighting mine)

The first fragment says "The ot = the first 4000 years of mankinds history--

kjw47 - "The ot = the first 4000 years of mankinds history--the servants of the true God, the Israelites served YHWH(Jehovah) a single being God.= 100% fact."

and he confirmed it with this -

kjw47- "The Israelites were Gods only chosen ones--the rest were mislead by satan--99%--the same # goes today. So then in reality knowing the misleads history doesn't amount to much."

Also - as noted - even the Bible has Adam/Hebrew "mankind's" history older then "4000" years.
