Hello gourmets

The only reason for this introduction is simply how different and special this Al Baik is. Before going into details, I'll give a preview on what I mean by special. Here are some pics and videos:

And now for a video:

When I visit them, I always face trouble getting in line due to how crowded it usually is. You see how some people do crowding around celebrities? I don't think it comes close to how crowded this place can get.

It is a fast food fried chicken restaurant. Here are the meals it provides:

The first line is chicken and the second is fish and shrimp. The main dish it provides that is the main attraction and the pride of this place is the regular fried chicken. Here are some actual pics of it:

It is my all time no. 1 favorite that unlike other places I stayed loyal to it ever since I knew it 20 years ago. No other fried chicken even comes closer to it. KFC is nothing compared to it. Some of their branches have KFC close to it and that latter is like abandoned. People park their cars on front of it to walk to Al Baik

The taste is crazy and their services are superb. The price for the typical/main dish; a 4 peaces of fried chicken (or half a 900G chicken) with a bun of bread and two packs of garlic sauce is SAR 12 ($3.2 USD). They provide free drinking water and free extra bread and garlic sauce (as seen needed) to dine-in customers. The garlic sauce alone is a peace of art. It even reached Wikipedia. Here's a link:

Do you have something similar where you live?

Bon appetit

So you are one of the Jews who is hostile to believers as is mentioned in the Quran.

You will find the most violent in enmity to the believers are the Jews and the mushrikin (pagan Arabs); and nearest in affection to the believers are those who say: "We are Christians." That is because among them there are men that are priests and monks, who do not behave arrogantly. 5:82 Quran

It was just a joke, son.

We have some chains that have a very popular following and are often more crowded and busy than other businesses (like Chick-fil-A), but nothing like this. Also, that sort of line jumping would get you punched here.

Someone else mentioned that Chick-fil-A in another forum where I posted this same thread. It must be good!

Oh, and once one gets something that's worth it like this, they can think again about the rules :p

No really, it is the same here. This was one rare occasion it happened. It is not the norm.

I do stuff
Judging from the long line of people, doesn’t it contradict the term “fast food”? A person would have to order there food on Monday to get there food by Thursday. I only get a half hour for lunch at work.

Are there no women?

Women here don't do such hard labor. They send us miserable men to do it for them. At best they come with us in the car and wait in it with the A/C while we burn outside. You know how hot it is here. We burn even at night!

Those slave drivers!

I'm afraid the bottleneck here is the people, not how fast the food is. Their numbers beat every food in a sprint!

Eating there in a lunch break? Forget it!
