Let me try to explain once again. When a person opens a public business he is not the same as a private citizen. He cannot limit what race of person he sells to. He cannot limit the religion of those that he sells to. He cannot limit the sexuality of those that he sells to. That is not a violation of his "religious beliefs" he made that choice when he opened a public business. As a baker he could have worked for others. If he was talented enough he could have even have told his boss that he would not make a specific cake and his boss might not fire him, but instead find another worker to do that. But when he opened his own business he gave up that ability to discriminate.
I understand as a liberatarian that you do not like those sort of regulations, but they have been shown to be necessary. Perhaps some day man will advance enough so that they are not needed, but as of now, there are still groups that need protection.
