Any Superior Beings?

I was thinking of superior and inferior in relation to mediocrity

Substitute the word mediocrity for humility (which is less judgemental), and you have something worth aiming for imo. Better to be genuinely humble, than full of self regard or self loathing - which are two sides of the same prideful coin anyway. To be humble is to be comfortable with oneself, and respectful of others.

Many Craftsman (Sears house brand)
were made in USA. But don't use them
as hammers...not designed for that.

Many wrench designs incorporate a
hammer for the inevitable, but I don't
like them...cumbersome as wrenches.

One of my best ever investments, over 40 years ago now, was a set of German made adjustable spanners (crescent wrenches). Tragically, I lost them somewhere.

Ouch!
A friend once bought a 24" Chinese made crescent
wrench at Horrible Freight. He bent the handle
in normal usage.
I dislike using even quality crescent wrenches cuz
they're cumbersome & heavy (in larger sizes).
But I still carry 2 24" ones in Mr Van (in addition
to much bigger tools).
