I think D&D reinforced racism as well.At least you didn't go for a cliched character class, like an elven archer, or an orcish barbarian, or a halfling thief...

Madness (Ex): The Chimaera uses her Charisma modifier on Will saves instead of her Wisdom modifier, and has immunity to confusion and insanity effects. A further benefit is that she retains knowledge of her main spellbook without needing Spell Mastery feats. The Chimaera cannot be restored to sanity by any means short of a miracle or wish spell. The madness of Danita provides a +6 bonus to her Charisma score and a -6 penalty to her Wisdom score. If she is restored to sanity she gains 6 points of Wisdom and loses 6 points of Charisma. However, she must make a DC 25 Will save to keep her attacking immediately in beast form when she is angered by insults, attacks, or mere whim.
Shapeshift (Su): At will (or sometimes involuntarily; refer to the Madness ability), Danica can shapeshift into her fearsome beast form, that of The Chimaera. It requires only a swift action to shapeshift, and she can do so any number of times per day, for as much time as she likes.
She keeps all extraordinary and supernatural special attacks of her normal form. All her held, or worn gear melds into her new form and become non-functional until she returns to her normal form. She cannot speak in her beast form, and can't cast spells in beast form.
Danica casts spells as a 13th level wizard (having a total of 4/6/5/5/5/4/2/1 spells per day), and commonly prepares the following spells:
7th (1) mass hold person (DC 24);
6th (2) disintegrate (DC 23), greater dispel magic;
5th (4) cone of cold x2 (DC 22), sending, wall of force;
4th (5) detect scrying, dimension door, enervation x2, Evard's black tentacles;
3rd (5) fly, haste, nondetection, vampiric touch x2 (DC 20);
2nd (5) alter self, glitterdust (DC 19), invisibility x2, spectral hand;
1st (6) alarm, expeditious retreat x2, mage armor, ray of enfeeblement x2;
0 (4) arcane mark, detect magic, mage hand, message.
Birthright did. *sighs*
But apart from online, never got enough people together for long enough to reach any level of subtlety. It really encourages a longer term view of the things, and laying some groundwork before sending the soldiers across the border.
The joys of an almost bloodless war.
Used to regularly try to pave the way for my armies by bribing Thieves Guilds or Merchants inside my enemies borders.
In case anyone is interested in my ramblings, I think you can download Birthright stuff from here, since it's a discontinued line...

Did that, before and after the game. During it she and I were just trying to survive not getting eaten alive.I had sex with girls instead. You should try it.
Yeah, never fully understood why though. You can run a Christian campaign as easily as you can a Celtic, Lovecraft (no one wants to ), or core world D&D campaign. That being said, luring people into homosexuality (or at least, drunken fun time with a cross-dresser) has been a recurring gag in all the games I've played in...Never played it. My folks and my church said that it was a front for luring youth into devil worship and homosexuality. I always listened to my folks and my church. Plus, nobody knows about my mad halfling thief skills.
Always wanted to do an MLP rpg. The players were too scattered (mentally and physically) to have it work though.I'm actually currently in a Dungeons and Dragons campaign that has been going on for over 7 months now. Well, except for one tiny difference that would probably be a major turn-off to most readers here: it's a cross-over with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I play as a superstitious, hyperactive zebra ranger. There is a dwarf and an eladrin in our party, but the rest are all ponies (not surprising, given that we are a group of bronies).
One of the more amusing things that comes to mind is when my character poked a mushroom with his spear to see if it would release dangerous spores. I thought he was enough spaces away to keep from being affected, but he wasn't. He passed out but, funnily enough, the spores also knocked out a camouflaged choker that I didn't know was there. So at least my antics had some good effect.
You could make a fair argument for that, I reckon. It certainly did a good job convincing me ugly people were more likely to be evil.
I want to soo bad but I never have anyone to play is there like an online version or something?
There are several groups that meet up via skype to play (or so I have heard).
If you have a comic book store or other geeky store around that sells Wizards of the Coast products, they might also be running Encounters: Organized Play | Dungeons & Dragons
Yeah, sorry no. This is just rude and ignores that hey, GIRLS PLAY TABLETOP TOO.
Not letting it slide just because this is your shtick.
it's a cross-over with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
I don't believe anyone in our group is a preteen girl.It's pretty cool that even preteen girls can get into D&D nowadays.
Anyone else wish to share their geeky collaborative roleplaying experiences from their times in D&D?

No schtick. I actually preferred it. And who said girls didn't play? Did you ever hear me say "Girls can't grow moustaches"? Because some can.
Whatever, the point is that the "nerds are virgins" thing is played out.
Hell, I had sex with men as well as women, and many of them I met playing tabletop games (one couple wrote games and did cons for a living) or have played games with since.
Please contact the makers of The Big Bang Theory and tell them their premise is over. Thanks.
Sitcoms double as documentaries?
