Maybe its a sign to slow down?

Maybe? Never thought of it like that. That is how I tend to handle those dreams though. Slow down.

I lucid dream a lot actually. I regularly know I'm dreaming and consciously interact. But it's almost like a ride. I can't quite fight whats happening. I have to just react as it does.

It was kind of like that at first; I was on the ride. Though over time, I can alter what happens, too.

Interesting. How'd you manage to get to that point?

I don't really know. I remember being really scared in a dream, and some inner voice prompting that I didn't have to go through it, it was a dream and I can change it. So I did.

After that, I get that same 'prompt' anytime dreams become troublesome.

What will you do in Russia before that fateful moment?

I hope that gets recorded...

Hmm.. probably just be a tourist; Taking in the sights, strolling about, listening to people speak that beautiful language and try to guess which languages I hear other tourists speak (It's a fascination of mine).
I was thinking of having some native vodka, but that may be a bad idea as I think it likely I won't just stick to one glass, forget about my mission, and might end up with my own pants down.

I'm reading about Russian folk traditions right now... I'd love to be able to roam the countryside and get a real glimpse at them. Fascinating...

But, I can see the headlines... "drunken pantless man pantsed Putin"

I try to look at things in the world that way. Take awe in a sunset or rise. Love the moon. Smell the wind. And just be present as if everything is fresh and different.

Edited for spelling

"Smell the wind."

That completely depends on what you are downwind from lol

Definitely get some scent of ode d'cow butt, around here. It was so bad the other day, I thought it was IN my car, I could taste it.

Wow! That's bad

I've been by a few turkey farms, its bad enough to make you gag.
So you roll down the windows in the truck to get the smell out and more just rushes in lol

An uncle of mine owned a pig farm.
When I was a kid I remember looking for him one day and thought he was in one of the pig stables.
The air in there was so foul that my instinct told me to hold my breath because the air was too toxic to breathe.
I also didn't like sitting next to my uncle because he himself always smelled like pigs.

Your instinct was right. My state is heavily a farming state, and every once and awhile you'll read about some poor farmer dying from the fumes of pig poop.

Fun fact.... If you want to get rid of someone, feed em to the pigs isn't a joke. They will eat it all, in some cases even the skull(depending on the size of the hogs and skull)

I think I remember reading that in one of the Hannibal Lector books... can't remember which one... too long ago.
