Apparently talking to yourself could be a good thing

I always talk to myself , well more like mumble to myself. Remember Herman's Head? Well that's me. *grin*

I find the key is to be able to laugh and say something directly to the person looking at you with uncertain fear when caught talking to yourself in public. Some really do look as though you're disturbed! Or at least I get those looks. LOL

Back when we were in the tall grass with spears, aka having a terminal room with a few shared terminals connected to mainframes and the like, one day I observed everyone was talking to him- or herself.

So I know that is good. Even arguing with oneself is fine. Losing the argument with yourself is, as we used to say, "one toke over the line"
