Are Even Half Of Cops Honest...Not Corrupt?

Part of the script.
One of the tricks I read of long ago from a Los Angeles cop
was to handle the victim in a manner that triggers hand
motions, which they can treat as resisting arrest, thereby
justifying a beating. This cop said the technique he was
taught was to frisk someone while holding a pin to poke
them. People can't resist reacting, so it's a guaranteed
tool to justify a beating.

In the 1st case shown below, what happens when a cop
is a sexual predator, repeatedly assaulting children &
grown women? The department defends him. This tells
us much about their standards of conduct, & the high
likelihood of every cop in it being bad ones. While
awaiting trial, he's released & given a paid vacation.
This ended when he was sentenced to life in prison.

There are many pervert cops who engage in sex crimes.
I've written before about one who worked for me (doing
maintenance). He's being prosecuted for having child
porn on his computer....as young as 3 years old.

New York....2 cops caught planting weed in man's car.
The cop planting it thought his body cam was still off,
but it captured him in the act.
Judge threw out case against the man. NYC police
department clears the 2 cops...nothing wrong.
This tells us that many innocent people are framed
by lying cops, & that their word in court shouldn't
be treated as honest enuf to convict anyone.
Video of planting evidence...

Cop violently arrests & cuffs a man thrown to the ground.
Several cops have him well under control.
Another cop comes up to kick the man in the face.
Cop is being charged by the feds for this crime.
(No local discipline or prosecution of the criminal cop.)
His defense: The victim insulted a cop.
(A case of hurt feelings justifying assault.)
Victim is suing everyone up & down the chain.

Here's where it gets interesting....
The police chief, who is black, recommended the criminal
cop's firing to a board that will consider the matter after
the prosecution concludes. But this is a year after the
crime, during which period he took no action, leaving
this criminal on the job to continue abusing civilians.

This cop lies about a robbery (a common ploy)
in order to coerce someone into giving his ID.
This video is different from others because in
addition to analysis, it's highly entertaining to
hear these 2 guys mock the dumb cop, & send
him away with his tail between his legs.
Hilarious!

Too bad more in news, blogging, broadcasting and so on haven't really listened to that song. It'd probably do them some good to think about tue line "don't let it be a black and a white one...black police showin' out for the white cops." Might help shake up the idea it's a black probablem and belief black cops will fix it. A cop is a cop and not one of them can be trusted as a matter of personal safety and survival.

Very many entire police departments are corrupt.
This example has no written summary that can do
justice to this video channel's investigation into
the events & applicable law. It's worth a watch,
but I know it'll be too long for nearly everyone.

In short....
Several cops commit assault on an innocent driver
trying to comply with orders. The ambulance staff
insisted on taking him to the hospital, but the cops
refused. These cops have in the past been accused
of multiple excessive force claims, yet kept employed.
One is a convicted criminal, who was even forced to
resign. But he was later re-hired, & even promoted.
Good cops are a minority. In some places, there
good cops don't even exist.

Cops lie to justify illegal arrests & shootings.
Their unions & departments support the lies.
Cops are seldom prosecuted for falsifying
reports. This should change, so that cops
will fear prison time & civil damages for
both lying & illegal use of force.

Ubiquitous cel phones & surveillance cameras
are the greatest development in civil liberties
in centuries.

Another cop lies.
This time it appears to be out of anger,
rather than stupidity. The cop has a
long record of bad policing & criminal
behavior. But he's kept on the job to
abuse more innocent people.
Bad departments keep bad cops.
It's their way.

What still happens when a cop drives drunk
way over the legal limit? Cops cover up for
each other, allowing dangerous drunk drivers
to stay on the road without prosecution or
sanction of any kind.

One way that most cops are corrupt is training that
emphasizes "officer safety" but not civilian safety.

For those interested, this video shows how cops
purposely put civilians in harms way when using
spike strips to stop fleeing drivers.

If I wouldn't hate myself more than I've ever hated myself before it might be tempting to be a cop for the perks.

It's perfectly legal to give a cop the finger.
But often after doing so, cops chase one,
pull one over, & lie about having committed
a violation. Cops are never prosecuted for
doing this. Departments seldom discipline
offenders, so the practice continues.
We need an independent authority to
arrest & prosecute these pigs.

If interested, here's an example....

It's common for cops who are angered by
something to make up false charges.
Always use a dash cam.
Never answer questions.
Driver flipped off a cop while traveling well
below the speed limit per his dash cam.
Cop pretends radar clocked him well over.
It's legal for cops to lie, in this case about
speed, where it was measured, & about the
radar being on. (It was off.) Cop also violated
the law by speeding with his blue lights off.
But lying on the ticked is testimony that could
get him in hot water....if the entire department
isn't corrupt.
It's interesting that this & other lying cops testify
in court. I wonder how many innocent people
whose lives they ruin? Yet the court takes their
word....unless you have strong evidence otherwise.

For those interested, here's the video.

What happens when a department finds that
one of its cops has repeatedly...many times
been found to have violated civil rights,
the law, & departmental policy?
They keep the bad cop on the job.
