As I read the Quran, which parts should I ignore?

The Quran was writtern by a man, he wrtote what he thought was right, he wrote how he would see God and what his God would think. He was mere man, and all men make mistakes, you have made an idol out of your Quran just as most religion have, and because of this you will never see the truth, for you are blind to it.
Muhammad did not know how to write. He did not write Quran.

Why? Please

What if after you die and you happened to meet the real God and he says "I created you and I talked to you through your morale and intelligence - but you never listened to me. You know that I had embedded inherent knowledge everywhere in my creations - from the governing of a hatching egg, to the working of an atom, to bacteria , to exploding stars to critical point of water. Then why did you think that I could speak (convey my message) to you only through a mediator?

You have been mentally crippled by your religion and ones like you are probably the farthest away from true God. If you can think in another mans shoes, this is how it will be.

One man (X) says - X2P2.4 is the real God . See he has made waves in the ocean and made air for you to breath. So cant you believe in him. This holy book S** is the proof so you have to believe in this. God sent various messengers (version 1, 2, 3, .... and followers never accepts the claimed subsequent versions) and all fighting with each other.

If you believe this, nothing can be more far from the real truth, but unfortunately you are one of the believers.
Edited to add:-

"I reject any religious doctrine that does not appeal to reason and is in conflict with morality". -- Gandhi.
"The devil is never any more evil then when he appears to be the angle of light"

Now that one is finished with the usual Atheism ridicule mode. I understand.
Please paraphrase your argument in plain words. Right?

In plain words, the key question from god might be: "why did you think that I could speak to you only through a mediator?"

What does one understand from the word mediator?
G-d sends his Message through Messengers.

Hi paarsurrey, Yes, in this case the words "mediator" and "messenger" have almost the same meaning.

So the question is "why?". Why would an all powerful god need a messenger?

G-d needs nothing/none. One name/attribute of G-d is A-Ghani :

[6:133]And for all are degreesof rankaccording to what they do, and thy Lord is not unmindful of what they do.

[6:134] And thy Lord is Self-Sufficient*, full of mercy. If He please, He can do away with you and cause to succeed you what He pleases, even as He raised you from the offspring of other people.

[6:135]Surely, that which you are promised shall come to pass and you cannot frustrateit.

*In Arabic the word is "Al-Ghani" that has been translated as Self-Sufficient.
G-d does not need prophets/messengers, the humanity needs them. And G-d sends them with his full mercy.

You mean that God could speak to everybody .. yes, He could if He wished .. clearly, that is not the agenda..
Makes sense to me .. Almighty God can inspire us to believe and can cause us to disbelieve ..
Regards individual creeds, He is aware of what is in our minds .. those who are sincere will not be wronged by God!

As a non-believer, this story isn't logical. According to you, god gave us our brains, but when it comes to the important questions - like god - he doesn't want us to use them. That seems suspicious to me. It seems far more plausible that some dudes in the desert made up a few gods way back when - easier to control tribes that way.

In the brain, it is through electrochemical signals that information is processed. Your eyes pick up light signals, convert it to electrical signals and is sent to the brain where it is processed and finally we see the image. similarly is the case with sense of taste, smell and even thinking.
Scientists can now cover ones eyes, artificially excite the concerning nerve cells in the brain and can make one see things.

So if God want to speak to us, he only needs to raise the electrical potential here and there (in the brain cells) and the message will be conveyed to us.

What he says is this -" I don't know anything about the tones i am going to create and I am not sure that I would be able to create a new one again. When I sit with these, it comes into my mind as if some one is telling /guiding me"

What if after you die and you happened to meet the real God and he says "I created you and I talked to you through your morale and intelligence - but you never listened to me".

So when God tells you something through your morale or intelligence, you will say "oh no! Such thoughts should not come to my mind since it is against Koran" and you will never listen to the real God.

"You know that I had embedded inherent knowledge everywhere in my creations - from the governing of a hatching egg, to the working of an atom, to bacteria , to exploding stars to critical point of water. Then why did you think that I could speak (convey my message) to you only through a messenger?"

What ever material you take, there is some form of information is embedded into them - be it working of an atom or to the explosion of stars to the working of a cell. So, why do you think that God can inform you only through a messenger? Are you one without morale and intelligence, one without rational thinking power? I don't think so. These are virtues God himself instilled in each and every one of us. So failing to utilise them is just against the purpose of God creating you.
