I don't think the question should has he "spoken to an atheist," but rather "listened to." Because the evidence (including the fact that I've responded to him in some detail) is that he has not.

And since his God gave him two ears and only one mouth, it appears as if he is using those in a proportion against the will of his deity.

You have rights, but your rights cannot violate the universal rights... and:

This clearly against the universal rights:

disbelief or lack of belief in the existence of Nature's God.​

It makes void and violates the Constitutional Rights and The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is not rooted in science, logic, philosophy, fact etc but mere disbelief and opposition, ie. a Troll.
Your reasoning includes a great deal of "reading in," (also known as eisegis, as opposed to exegesis), which is usually a great way to pretend that you're right, but really, really bad reasoning.

That's what I said, Atheist should have no citizenship and migrate to remote Island, and where there is no country. Perhaps Pitcairn Island but I heard there is a Church on that Island. Good luck!

I have no such issue since I worship all gods and with all religions.

No god means:

He made all gods same god. (Quran 38:5)​

It does not mean:

disbelief or lack of belief in the existence of Nature's God.

You are making less and less sense as you continue. This example of a syllogism is totally devoid of merit. You cannot say, in one breath, "live as if there is no god" and "accept all gods." This is called a contradiction. Perhaps you've heard of it? (Kind of like saying at the Post Office, "there are no stamps, so only use the stamps provided.")

What are you trying to accomplish? Who are you trying to convince? And what are you trying to convince them of?

God gave freedom to people to choose to be atheist or theist, but he gave no right to people to be atheist because atheism is not right, its wrong.

A freedom is not a right.

The constitution says we have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. But, thats the constitution.

In Gods kingdom, you have no right to life, liberty or the persuit of happiness because life and liberty and the opertunity to persue happiness are GIFTS, not rights.

A right is an entitlement.

Lol, no those were not the actus reus and mens rea. No you certainly haven't proved that they were.

If you would like me to break down the actus reus and the mens rea for any crime give me a statute not a person committing the crime. Every statute has elements that must be proven. Actus reus and mens rea are simply categories of those elements.

A very weird attempt at attacking atheism that fails. According to the Constitution, atheism is a supported right of the people. The Declaration of Independence is a declaration against British rule and is not the Constitution.
