Pretty sure they kicked their butts too. If I recall my history class correctlyThen I guess you also aren't going to try to introduce predators to control them?

That's because they exported their criminals to the US. I think of Kent Hovind.Ameristan is way better than Australiastan.
Consider gangsters....
USA: Bumpy Johnson, Al Capone, Vito Corleone, Tony Mondana, Nucky Thompson
Aus: Ray Shoesmith
Australia is largely a bunch of British criminalsThat's because they exported their criminals to the US. I think of Kent Hovind.
For the rabbits? It's kinda too late. Foxes and cats are both introduced species that hunt them, but the little buggers breed fast. Pretty literally, they breed like rabbits. Then I guess you also aren't going to try to introduce predators to control them?
And now they've mutated to enjoy human flesh. For the rabbits? It's kinda too late. Foxes and cats are both introduced species that hunt them, but the little buggers breed fast. Pretty literally, they breed like rabbits.
We introduced a disease to control them. (Myxomatosis - RSPCA South Australia)
It initially wiped out most of the rabbits, but not all. And the survivors became increasingly resistant, whilst the disease became gradually milder.
Now, most wild rabbits are largely unaffected, but it can kill pet rabbits in less than 2 weeks.
It's funny how poorly humans have managed to control species. Well...funny might not be the right word. Consistently crap?
Funny, but fake. And now they've mutated to enjoy human flesh.
I had no idea Mr InBetween was international...well there ya go.Ameristan is way better than Australiastan.

Drop bears, on the other hand, are a much more real threat. No one is even sure when that mutation occurred!!
Drop Bear
This urban legend focuses on bush walkers having been known to be 'dropped on' by drop bears, resulting in injury including mainly lacerations and occasionally bites.australian.museum
You call those "gansters"?I had no idea Mr InBetween was international...well there ya go.
But our most famous period of gangsters would be our bushrangers...guys like Ned Kelly.
Earlier in the 20th century it was people like Squizzy Taylor. And more recently, people like the Carlton Crew.

Kent Hovind is a homegrown criminal. Ken Hamster is the Australian exile. I wish that they would take him back. And Ray Comfort too. I know, I know he is from New Zealand. That's because they exported their criminals to the US. I think of Kent Hovind.
Oops, my bad. Mixed them up. Ken Ham has at least going for him that he isn't a convicted criminal (though he should be and he tried some tax fraud).Kent Hovind is a homegrown criminal.
