Pretty funny stuff. My results were right on, but that quiz isn't that tricky. They find the more distinctive doctrines and put them on there. If you choose those they know what church you subscribe to.

You're a better man than I. I usually fail opinion polls and quizzes I expected Roman Catholic for all the good I am at those things

It looks like no one got Roman Catholic. Maybe they're not exactly sure what they believe yet.

Haha,

I'm actually not surprised that no one has gotten Roman Catholic. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a 100% RC anywhere. I know that I personally haven't met a catholic who accepts 100% of the doctrine, and I go to a Catholic school! Most are just like "Well, I like this and this, but purgatory is a little far out for me." or "I agree with most things, but I don't think the pope is infallible."

I guess the real difference between Catholics and Protestants is that the Catholics are just too lazy to go off and start their own religion!

Ha I just ticked the opposite of what I believe :O

Ceridwen018: protestants came from catholics...so technically they did make their own religion

Jehovah's Witnesses don't like me... (Although on the one occasion that a Witness visited me at home, we had quite the interesting debate. We eventually agreed that we could both be right, but I could see that I had shaken his beliefs to the core; mostly about the"not recieving medical attention" stuff. Plus, the pamphlets are colourful!

I took the test, and the results were in line, as you would expect, and I did enjoy it. That said, I thought it was a rather blunt instrument for determining one's "label".

TVOR

i took it before and scored highest on UU, liberal quaker (whatever that is) and reform Jew (gf is a reform Jew) and neo pagen. All of 90 % It was a while back. My lowest was the Jwitnessness. TVOR its not there to determine a label so much as it is there as a starting or reference point for people who are searching for who they are. I showed that test to a teenager christian once --a while back and he took it an scored high on buddism, pagan and 88 % on UU which made me feel really good because i got the feeling from the posts he had on another forum that he had his religon dictated to him by his parents..though that was just a theory. unfortunatly for his parents all his christian scores were I believe, in the 45-60 % range.

I notice that when people post their scores for this test they are always well group into sections that I would term dogma, earth based, eastern and liberal religion. Meaning the religions that have dogma together are group high middle or low on their score all next to one another, the earth based same eastern same and the liberal religion the same. Whoever put the small test together must have done their homework.
