It's about comparing the 2 of them, not weighting the most significant issues.
"Significant issues" responses vary from person to person. Hypocrisy is a huge issue for me regarding politicians, especially when their offenses are so blatant and obvious.

This must must make your life very difficult.
The last time I trusted a politician was in 2008, when I supported Obama.
That will never happen again. I don't even care what any politician says about anything. The question I ask is, "Why would s/he say that?"

I divide voters into 2 categories.....
1) Those who want to like & respect the candidate
2) Those who look at the agendas a candidate would effect.
I vote based solely upon the 2nd.
It ain't like I have to marry them.

Out of curiosity, not to debate it, what did Obama do or not do that has led you to distrust him? Mind you, I don't trust any politician or, for that matter, any other person, even including myself-- and I ain't kidding.

Believe it or not, it IS possible to counter balance #1 and #2.

This is always an interesting problem, ie, that one plays the game according to the rules, but one thinks the rules should be different.
If he's already doing this, how do we know he is sincere about not sending the military back in full force to the Middle East?

We don't know it.
This one of the biggest risks I see with him.
(It's just that Hil appears to be even worse.)
