Beyond science

My god is the universe. God is awesome. God is infinite. All these labels, definitions and stuff we attach to things is all good and fine but life is so much more than just all these things. WAY much more.

Words can't do justice to these concepts sometimes. 'God', 'infinity', 'the universe'... even 'awesome' sometimes.

No I’m saying I like these words not the scientific words that come after. Like the definition of the universe and how it came to be. That’s all cool but like I said life is so much more. The universe is so much more than some Big Bang explanation. It’s great the explanation don’t get me wrong but life man…. So much more

fwiw, scientists are some of the most joyful, spiritual, appreciative-of-the-awesome-universe people I know :)
I don’t doubt it but life goes FAR beyond scientific explanations. It’s all good and everything but it explains nothing. It just states the obvious and the tested. Hands on stuff nothing more. Scientists and science are great but life is beyond them. This op isn’t about knocking them.

Science is a great tool. But we can't deny science is why there is global warming. And it will take science to try to slow it.
Actually, geological science can show that the earth has warmed and cooled many times over the past billion years of its history, without man or man made science. At one time, the earth cooled to where the glaciers reached all the way to the equator, and then without humans, warmed and melted back until all the ice was gone. Humans were not even a species at that time.

We are still at the end of a warmup from the last ice age. These cycles take hundred of thousand of years with mini cycles within the larger cycles. During the beginning of this current warming cycle, glaciers had been as far south as New York City, when the suddenly the earth warmed up again, all by itself, and melted several thousands miles of glaciers northward and southward, before man and science claimed credit. Who melted the first several thousands miles? Did the cavemen use alien technology?

The problem is, Climate science uses the same math as gambling casinos; statistical. Since the first claim, by former vice president Gore, that the north polar ice cap would be melted by ten years ago, due to manmade global warming, science has lost all the over/under bets then and every year, since.

It always exaggerates the man made impact and has lost all the bets, always picking the over. The so-called rational consensus of science still bets the over. The main reason appears to be due to politics, which also uses the fuzzy dice of casino math. It turns out fear mongering, with an over bet; sky is falling, is a good way to motivate people to let themselves be pick pocketed.

The Durham report, which investigated the origins of the Russian Collusion Coup in the USA, has determined that the same people who ran the coup, also run the climate change scam. They have installed a system, that ignores the truthful side, while selling lies; politics to science. Nobody is ever punished for losing the bet. It is a good bet they they also have their dirty fingers tilting science scales. Science cannot be that bad at betting, all by itself. What kind of science consensus always losers the over/under bet?

There is new data that changes the entire way we need to look at the inner earth which is controlling a large part of the warming affect. For example, most of the climate change can be attributed to the La Niña and El Niño cycles, which were first discovered in the 1600's, by fishermen noticing the ocean water warming, impacting their fishing. Science official records only go back to 1880, allowing them to ignore over 200 years of the same climate change cycles; smoke and mirrors.

Beyond that, there is other provocative data that suggests that the inner earth is much different than what is currently assumed, such as lots of water below the crust in the upper mantle; super ionic water, and hot water vents that warm the ocean from below, releasing soluble CO2. The over betters ignore this and give their theory too much credit and lose each time.

The most important driver of climate is water, which goes from the atmosphere to the inner earth and integrates the earth with solar heating; water evaporation. If we got rid of all the water and just had the current amount of CO2 in the atmosphere, the earth would be a frozen ball of rock. Water moderates and retains the heat. It does all the heavy lifting needed to make Earth inhabitable by life.

The expert in atmospheric water was driven away from the game, by political extortionists, to set up the rip off scam now anticipated to be $50 trillion, with no guarantees of success. How about we have a winning takes all, over/under bet?

Rubbish. Humanity is why there is global warming - as to many being so selfish and reckless so often.

Humanity would never have been able to wipe out Hiroshima and Nagasaki at a stroke, fill the rivers with toxins and the oceans with plastic, and denude thousands of acres of rainforest, had it not been for the huge strides made in science and technology.

But obviously thanks to scientific progress, we’re now much more enlightened than our ignorant forebears, who never landed on the moon but only managed to put the oxen to the plough, the sheep to the shears, and the wool to the hand loom.

Sure, one can imagine anything they want about the universe and no two imagined universes need be the same.

People make decisions, not science, so blame those who made the decisions. Science can be used for good or bad but it is still down to people making decisions. The main problem appears to be that we are all so busy with our own lives that we fail to see the impact of what we do affecting the larger world. Why for example, given the wealth of so many countries, we have so many other countries still living in relative poverty? And another of the idiocies we have with so many societies - the wealthier ones all too often - is the lack of recycling as paid for at purchase rather than as a later service. Hence the amount of garbage all around the world and the polluting nature of this. We just seem to ignore problems until eventually we have to deal with them. Not very clever.
