And, please, enough with the Pandemic.
It's a part of the injury that's been done that must be acknowledged. there is no ignoring this.
That would depend on which country you are talking to.
Here and several others.
And, as far as which summer, 2016
Pretty sure it wasn't. Deep partisan divide over covid, deep partisan divide over protests, police brutality, and riots.
Trump has done a lot of damage and harm. To dismiss this as people taking things personally, and left leaning news, it's ignoring why 75 million+ people voted for Biden and seeing that Trump is a one term president. And his damage continues with his nonsensical claims of election fraud. That's a deep wound that is going to be difficult to heal.

To all my friends and pseudo-family at RF

Ultimately, it really doesn't matter to me who is next up to bat as the President of this beautiful United States.
As we race toward a quarter of a million U.S. COVID-19 deaths, I can imagine very few things that rise to that level of incomprehensible irresponsibility.

Hardly... If that were the case, every politician is guilty and every governor. Hind sight is 100% put when you are in the foray, you do the best you can.

Not of those is Trumps fault. I would say it was Congress and mainly the left that has the greater fault. IMO

With the advent of a vaccine... and the reality that no one can control a virus let alone the people in 50 states, what is our point?

Must be in your section of the US.
Definitely all the us if you are LGBT or a woman. Actually just all of the US for covid but especially where willful ignorance regarding things like covid are strongest (such as Florida.)
Even those from Latin countries (my wife included) are leaning towards current policies as well as those with more melanin.
Cubans are the only Hispanic population in large favor for Trump. The majority of Trump voters were overwhelmingly no college white men. In Changing U.S. Electorate, Race and Education Remain Stark Dividing Lines

I think you've handled yourself well considering the number of debate opponents.

But anyway...

I think with all the fluff about Biden being better at this or that, he still hasn't been President. He may very well face a few of the same challenges as Trump. And I do have something to celebrate - it's, I'm not the one running the country.
Great thought and post! Simple yet insightful

That's an interesting judgment call. I see opinion but I don't see fact.

I would qualify that... ANY hispanic from any country who has suffered under a left leaning government smelled something foul and voted Trump.

You have been one of those spreading all the unfounded offal that Trump has thrown about, and which even here in the UK, left and right have been dismissing as nonsense, so why wouldn't you admit to being wrong. Too partisan? Or is that you just read the more right-wing media - hence your mistakes - and inability to be honest?
The Trump administration is a vile assault on science, on truth, and on life. Its handling of the pandemic is, in and of itself, a crime against humanity.

The nurturing and unleashing of the complicit will threaten this country for years to come. We had better come to understand it and learn how to sterilize it.

I like to think that the point is there are too many stupid people in the country not taking the necessary precautions while they willy-nilly spread it as though they were innocent flower children of the sixties.

I think you are listening to the left-leaning news. A little bit of truth mixed in to a lot of lies to further their political cause.

You have to be more specific.

Agreed but that is normal. Like I said, you can't control all the people in 50 states (unless you want a dictatorial style country.)

PS I wouldn't call them stupid but rather the made a stupid decision. A big difference IMO.

LGBT Support for Trump Doubled Since 2016, Early Exit Polls Show
From your own source:
"28 percent of self-identified LGBT people supported Trump, while 61 percent went for Joe Biden"
In fact, religious persecution of LGBT has grown under Trump.
Under Trump, LGBTQ Progress Is Being Reversed in Plain Sight
I would qualify that... ANY hispanic from any country who has suffered under a left leaning government smelled something foul and voted Trump.
I would qualify that as anyone uneducated enough to feel like Biden represents socialism voted Trump.

And yet twice as many before supported Trump? why the dichotomy? (I'm not saying your wrong... trying to understand)

I would qualify that as anyone uneducated enough to feel like Biden represents socialism voted Trump.

OK... I',m just saying.

"You have been one of those spreading all the unfounded offal that Trump has thrown about,"

Specific - like in questioning whether you think it moral to support someone like Trump and what he is or has been doing?
That isn't misinformation nor "unfounded" - I simply stated that we had two choices - both with moral questions... so we voted on issues other than their level of morality.

You seemed to be posting stuff on here that had the stamp of approval of Trump no doubt, but that had little foundation in truth - that is what I mean. Where do you see any morality involved in such?
