"Because Galileo was persecuted by the Roman Church...why else?"
No offence here , but this contradicts what you said earlier really. "There is no place in credible religion for injecting one's personal scientific bias"
"The Letters to the Seven Churches in Rev are in Chapter 2 and 3, read the rest of the book to find out the chapters on the Whore of
Babylon.."
I have read the bible. I have studied it in depth and many religions before it like Zoroastrianism, where a lot of these ideas came from as well as the Sumerians and Babylonia first.
.
Again why just Christianity?
Also what is "credible religion"? What makes one more "credible" then another?
Let's start again then....I said "there is no place in credible religion for injecting one's personal scientific bias" and you said ."What about Galileo for one?"
I replied that the Roman Church is not a credible religion...implying that Galileo had a right to call them out on a matter of science that they had no authoritive expertize.. What am I missing?
I don't care what you have read....your comment about Rev shows you are ignorant of its contents,,,.
I'm not against the teachings of Christ, but not for apostate churches....
A credible religion is one that teaches about the possibility of transcendence of awareness...we are not talking personality though....
