Black Lives Matter TOO

To assume that police, on average, are not racist, is to assume that they are less racist than the general population.
Which I believe to be true.
Police are chosen and trained to do a job well. This doesn't mean that there are no racist cops. Only that they are less irrationally racist than the general population, including the black population.

A study showed, for example, that if you send out identical resumes with one group having culturally white names and the other group having culturally black names, the black name resumes get significantly fewer call backs. Literally the only difference is the name.
Maybe this is a function of Affirmative Action.
Suppose you are an owner or human resources director. You have a position to fill, and your job is to find the best applicant and hire them.
You get a bunch of applications. The two best are nearly identical. Both guys, comparable GPAs from comparable colleges, comparable extracurricular achievement, etc. They are nearly identical. One is white and one is black. You want the smartest, hardest working one.
Who would you pick? The one who had Affirmative Action working for him or the one who worked against it?

In the news....

To Zachary Hammond’s supporters, the shooting death of the 19-year-old man was yet another example of questionable police behavior that has shaken communities around the country.
In their view, the police in Seneca, S.C., falsely claimed Mr. Hammond was shot last month as he tried to drive his car over the officer who fired on him, when his wounds show he was actually shot from the side and back.
They also say the deadly confrontation, in which officers approached with their guns drawn and screaming profanities, evolved from an absurd sting effort to trap his date into selling a tiny amount of marijuana, a drug now decriminalized in much of the country.

Yet the case has not received as much attention as the officer-involved shooting deaths of Walter L. Scott in North Charleston, S.C., or Samuel DuBose, a motorist who was killed in Cincinnati. Like both of those men, Mr. Hammond was apparently unarmed.
Unlike them, he was white. And his family’s attorney, Eric Bland, contends that is why most people have never heard of Mr. Hammond.

What a wild speculation that is.

I presented evidence. Your turn.

I couldn't speak for all white people, but I would.

Total antithesis to the point of being ridiculousness, black people don’t like me unless I am willing to be a G but if I want to be a respectable friend to a respectable black person they refuse to accept it, its the same as the fact that they are willing to shout homosexual slurs but when it comes to the fact that there are plenty of black homosexuals/gay people male and female they say nothing rather than stand with me and refuse the same sex issue as a relevant plight as a ruling issue, personally I am all strait here 100% heterosexual , here’s another black conundrum is many black people I know complain about nastiness and become so self righteous yet they refuse to associate uninhibited sexual ambivalence that is obviously displaying with black people on black sites of their own people displaying every sexual activity known to humans and yet they say nothing and turn a blind eye and pretend that they know nothing, talk about being black and hypocritical.

Black lives mattering can often be circumstantial to them when it come to them, why?

I left home aged eleven years and went to a boarding lodge, in the period to the end of leaving I spent nine months at home, for forty three years les noir have not given too ****s whether I lived or died, I could have been robbed murdered and left in an sack and dumped in a rive they would not have cared , my dad a good black man died as a result of street stress, he was a good man who was legally employed all the days of his life, he become a church deacon at priory and worked in a soup kitchen to help drug addicts, the lost and needy, dying with street stress and pressure from sort of losers he tried to help and after death they came back to rob my mother, my brother a military man and NCO sergeant major and acting CO of one of the local TA offices had to fly to the country to put a stop to my beautiful madre de piel roja buying an expensive item and would have been fleeced by the same sort of douchs bag the help to drive my dad to an early grave had my brother not stooped her and now I am being told of black power and I cannot have money or women so the question I want to ask is this? What’s In It For Me, I am no Satanist however I do agree with Anton Sandozar Levey’s approach and I am not quoting Sandozar so I can be Satanist No!, under the heading entitled Not All Vampires Suck Blood :and always want you to give them something with nothing in return , so you tell me about black power so I ask you ‘’WHAT DO I GET OUT OF IT, YOU POWER THAT IS, WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME? WHAT DO I GETR OUT OF IT? & to any ****er else telling me about their power?
