"It" referring to his racially selective outrage over paedophilia that targets Muslims and 'brown people' i.e. people suspected of being Muslim due to their skin colour and completely ignores the Roman Catholic child abuse scandal, the Church of England's nascent child abuse scandal (because how is he going to be a good English potatriot if he's going up against his own country's state church) and that senior EDL member being found to be a paedophile; which were overwhelmingly perpetuated by white people.

The ‘it’ that he was referencing was a Dutch educational video to be shown in schools called ‘Lover Boy’.
This is a video that had been produced to warn girls about the Muslim Rape Gangs.
Tommy said that he did not care if ‘it’ incites fear so long as ‘it’ educates the children and prevents them being raped.

Edit, just a thought, my experience of visiting a church in italy required that i dress modestly and cover my head with a hat or veil. Will this ban include headwear in churches too?
