The Wisconsin recount as of this morning Dec 7th:
Last night, Trump gained 105 votes and Clinton dropped 41 votes. As of this morning Wednesday, Trump had widened his victory margin over Clinton in Wisconsin by 146 votes, with 23 of the state's 72 counties having finished their recounts.

Thank you for bumping this, it's not over yet but I imagine this will be the tone throughout, I'd still like to see an itemized bills published in the spirit of transparency. BTW if anyone is ever in Madison, Wisconsin Fromagination is a must visit shop if you like cheeses, I bought a number of cheeses there but the one that stood out the most to me was an 8 year old smoked cheddar according to my tastes, yours may differ.

Voter fraud discovered today in Michigan as a result of the recount.

As "misprocedure" was discovered even without a total hand recount yet, it was discovered in Wayne County - the largest county and heavily Democratic - that shows votes were double counted.

On 87 of the machines that are suppose to read the ballot inserted into the reader, they reinserted the ballots a second time if it was thought the machine malfunctioned. Then they are supposed to later check for the double serial numbers on the tally and count those down to one vote when there was actually a double count.

But they didn't adjust the double counts. They are suppose to by law, but they didn't.

They did not reconcile vote totals for 610 of 1,680 precincts, most were in Detroit, all of the readers in heavily Democratic precincts.

In other words, it has now been discovered that Hillary was getting double votes because of this.

And this issue that favors Democrats has been going on now likely for over a decade.

Not only are the Democrats in big trouble now in Michigan for what has obviously been calculated voter fraud in Wayne County (Detroit) but Hillary could be in a worse situation.

Michigan law states that on a re-count if the local precinct book and number of ballots cast at that precinct do not exactly match, then all ballots are rounded to zero at that precinct for anyone for the purpose of the re-count. That means if the recount is not stopped, these double votes will likely mean Hillary is on track to lose 250,000 votes in the Detroit area due to double votes. That the actual number of people who voted in Detroit in these precints was 250,000 (minimum) less than what was reported on by these ballot counting machines.

To clarify, they're only meeting the price, not the state's actual cost, which is higher.

Jill must be elated that the reliability of the system is being confirmed.

It's odd that she isn't fighting for a recount in MN (where Hillary barely won).
She accuses MI of Jim Crow, but doesn't check any southern states.
I know it's hard to believe, but I think we might be seeing a dishonest politician
working some back room deal with someone else....I wonder whom?
The deadline to request a recount in Minnesota is 5 days after the election.
New vote count in Wisconsin and Michigan?

New vote count in Wisconsin and Michigan?
And none of the southern states which actually spawned
the name "Jim Crow" can be challenged either?
MI needs to change its law to match MN then.
That'll avoid every minor party candidate wasting our $.

Hmmm....it seems a fed judge has stopped it due to lack
of evidence for any mischief.....
Federal judge halts Michigan presidential election recount
After two days of ballot counting, conflicting court decisions and legal wranglings between frustrated lawyers, a federal judge on Wednesday halted the hand recount of 4.8 million ballots cast for president in Michigan, concluding there's no real evidence of foul play and there's no valid reason to continue the recount.
In his eight-page opinion, U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith said "there is no basis" for him to ignore a state court ruling that said the recount should never had started. He was referring to the Michigan Court of Appeals 3-0 ruling, which said that Green Party Candidate Jill Stein, who requested the recount, never had a shot at winning with her fourth-place finish and 1% of the vote, and therefore was not an aggrieved candidate.

The Republican Party also apparently convinced Goldsmith that the recount would have cost taxpayers too much money -- $5 million by one count -- if his comments are any indication.

But there might be a solution in the offing.....
Under new Michigan bill, Jill Stein could foot entire tab for recount

Federal judge halts recount, sealing Trump's Michigan win - The federal judge who ordered Michigan to begin its recount effectively ended it on Wednesday near midnight, tying his decision to a state court ruling that found Green Party candidate Jill Stein had no legal standing to request another look at ballots.

It's over.

The FEDERAL judge in charge of the recount decision in Pennsylvania after Jill Stein took her recount case to the federal level issued a stinging rejection of a Green Party-backed request for a presidential recount in Pennsylvania, and threw her case out as her effort could not show any proof that would justify a recount. Now both recounts in Pennsylvania and Michigan have been blocked by the courts.

Wisconsin completed it's Stein initiated recount. In the final results, Trump picked up additional votes, and Trump won Wisconsin by 22,748 votes more than Clinton. The final results changed just 0.06 percent. In the original count prior to the recount, Trump had 22,177 more votes than Hillary Clinton. Stein complained that she wanted more counties to do hand counts rather than retabulations.

No evidence of any "election system hacking" was found in Pennsylvania in the State's own audit independent of the Stein recount according to State officials there. However, in Michigan evidence was found of "double counting" votes in heavily Democratic precincts of Detroit and surroundings that would favor the Democratic Party by almost 200,000 votes and which has been an issue for over a decade and will likely be subject to court cases and reviews in 2017.

The Wisonsin recount found "no issues".

Jill Stein's recount ended with a washout yesterday witth Donald Trump landing on even more votes than he started with after final certification.

Stein raised $7,300,000 that was suppose to be for the recount effort from 161,294 donors which is an average of $45 dollars each though most gave far less and a lot of the money came from a few unknown donors.

It is unknown if any or how much "leftover" money remains after spending millions on the effort, but it appears it must be substantial because Stein stated today she will donate the remaining money to "reform groups" but her spokesperson in charge of the "redistribution" declined to say which organizations or how much money.

Now all three states are saying she cannot just give the money out, instead they say that those who gave the donors must have a say in where the extra money is donated.

So it is unclear how the Stein organization will do this, but they said today they will comply.

There is still the issue that Trump still insists he didn't actually loose the popular vote, and the fact that so many who have been going on and on and on, for at least a few years now, about the rampant fraud in the elections are now just turning a blind eye to it when someone who wasn't them suggested it.

No issues....
- The popular vote is irrelevant.
- No fraud found....even though Trump benefited from the recounts.

The point is that those who should have been on board for a recount were fairly apathetic towards this. With claims that voter fraud threw the 2008 election and possible Russian interference with this election, why was this an issue of the utmost importance for Trump and his supporters when they are so sure voter fraud is rampant? Or, are they just afraid it will be another dose of embarrassing reality for them when it's proven, once again, that voter fraud is just not a serious problem?

People who win seldom feel the need for a recount.
My view is unconventional...
Voter fraud is a serious problem, but a very small problem except in isolate local elections.
