Is this a new theory? And how?I am saying that Vishnu is not the Creator God. Sri Krishna is the Creator God.
Is this a new theory? And how?
Is Swaminarayan (Sahajananda) a Hindu God?I did a search on 'images' for Swaminarayan, and there are all kinds of clothes in all styles.
Is what I mentioned not Bharatavarsha? We are talking about Bharatvarsha.
Is Sahajanand the Parabrahman that you talk about? And are Rama and Krishna his avataras?YesI do not know who Swaminarayan is, Is he Vishnu of the Vedas?
Which drugs do you take? The evidence that sealed this theory for me came from the use of the Chaldean Hebrew numerological alphabet in which God’s name 'Sri Krishna' acquired the highly spiritual number of 7. The number 7 had great spiritual significance in denoting the presence of God within the universe.
How do you know about my mental illness?Which drugs do you take?
I'm a bit confused. Aren't flags secular?Namaste
Republic day I beleive is the 26th Jan, celebrating the addoption of the constitution in 1950.
Although I dont know if I would be happy to dress the Deities in flags for what is realy more of a secular occasion ?
Jai Shree Krishna

If you believe that Swaminaryan will give you the things that are most important to you in running your life it would be foolish not to be his devotee.I don't know; but is there any reason to not be a devotee of Swaminaryan?
The Indian flags is supposed to represent the things and values that are important to the nation. The green and orange colours mean something and wheel means something. I believe it has spiritual significance but do not know precisely how. We would need to research into its design.I'm a bit confused. Aren't flags secular?
Thanks for your answers guys, I wonder the same things as the OP. Btw I consider myself a de facto devotee of Swminaryan, though not officially.

Of course here the symbolism of wrapping the idols with the flag might be trying to convey that Swaminarayan will protect India.
What is this Ashoka Chakra law of dharma? I thought Ashoka supported Buddhism? Is the Chakra something to do with Buddhism?namaskaram
And this I quote , ....for sake of confusion
“ Bhagwa or the saffron colour denotes renunciation of disinterestedness. Our leaders must be indifferent to material gains and dedicate them selves to their work. The white in the centre is light, the path of truth to guide our conduct. The green shows our relation to (the) soil, our relation to the plant life here, on which all other life depends. The "Ashoka Chakra" in the centre of the white is the wheel of the law of dharma. Truth or satya, dharma or virtue ought to be the controlling principle of those who work under this flag. .....''
this should apply equaly to political and religious leaders who serve her in their different capacities , ...should it not ?
then there are some other isssues which I felt were worth mentioning ...
it should not be worn in any form below the waist ...
the indian flag should never touch the floor , ...
it should not be manifactured of anything but Indian Khadi (cotton)
not tourist Nylon .

Well, I don't think the flags could be dishonoured by being draped on Deities. /or touching the floor/, The Deities purify the clothing that adorns them. That's just my take on it, as an outsider.namaskaram deciple ji
that is what I would have thought too ?
I was quite perplexed to see these darshan photographs and am some what concerned about the way that the Deities of Radha Krsna are being treated and was doubly concerned that the correct usage of a national flag is not properly respected even by by own own people ? ...
I would not wish to offend any Swaminarayan devotees especialy those born into the tradition , but as Hindus (if we are to call ourselves Hindus we should Know the symbolism and meaning behind the things we use and do particularly those relating to Deity seva .
We do that in America, for instance. A superhero can wear the American flag, it isn't disrespectful. The character of the person becomes part of the expression of the flag/clothing.

None, but then you should not claim to be a Hindu. Sahajananda was not a Hindu God or Hindu Parabrahman.I don't know; but is there any reason to not be a devotee of Swaminaryan?
Did we ask for it? Thanks, we do not need his help and can do the needful on our own.Of course here the symbolism of wrapping the idols with the flag might be trying to convey that Swaminarayan will protect India.
Where are we going to get the wisdom to do the needful on our own Aup?Did we ask for it? Thanks, we do not need his help and can do the needful on our own.
