Can Trump be stopped?

Trump is busy threatening the USA that I came to love. All my relatives I know about were immigrants.
This is a nation of immigrants. (Sorry first nation people, it is)

One of Trump's main campaign promises is to wall out immigrants. Especially the ones from Mexico. Quite recently, he rallied a rally with plans to build a wall from the gulf to the ocean, get Mexico to pay, and then deport a few million people. That is what he is promising to do if elected.

Here is a peaceful, all American, sort of protest against Trump's progressivism. I like it.

Anybody agree that Trump and his "we're too good to let immigrants in" campaign promises makes him too progressive to be president?

I used to be more about immigration than I am now.
The world is different than it used to be.
Maybe Trump is right and we should keep out people who aren't willing to swear off 7th century morality.
As a gay man, there are Muslims on this forum who have given me reason to reconsider my old opinions about Islam.

The wall has already been approved in one form or another. It's expressed purpose is to stem the flow of illegal immigrants. The proposal to stop immigrants from ISIS controlled area until they can be vetted is also recommended by higher-ups in the Obama security advisors.

I was under the impression that he was blatantly lying, sorta like when he Found Jesus.

How can anyone believe that the wall will even be built, much less stop WalMart and Manpower and such from enticing Mexican workers to work for them?

The wall definitely has to get though congress, and 60 votes in the Senate before Trump can sign it, he can't sign an executive order to build a wall, too expensive, only congress could approve that much money, and there's a flies chance in hell they would, because it would be like billions of dollars.
