Charlie Hebdo cartoon on dead Syrian child sparks anger

Do a lot of victims report the crime to the authorities where you live?

(The same question I have asked at least twice so far.)

How i know if a victim didn't report?
Don't you see the question is silly?
If they don't report then how we know about the victims?

If there aren't a lot of reported crimes, that should raise suspicion about whether the crime is reported enough when it happens.

What a great silly point!
If no much reports, then the victims aren't reporting it.

Well, yes, that's most likely the case, as it is here. When a society shames rape victims and says that being raped is a "scandal" for the victim, it stands to reason that few reported cases of rape point to a problem of under-reporting.

Look it up in the world statistics for rape, rape occurs everywhere, what is your point then?

Some traditionalist cultures make it much easier to rape women (and men; especially teenaged boys; so much for Islamic morals). You can ignore this all you like, the rest of us are not going to.

Wow, FearGod, why such denial in this thread? "It's a big conspiracy against refugees" etc.
If these attacks were said to be carried out by refugees from, say, North Korea or any other non-muslim area, would you be so eager to downplay what happened in Cologne?

To my knowledge the people of North Korea rank themselves as the second happiest people in the world, according to their own "Global Happiness Index".
People can be coerced/discouraged from proper reporting, especially with reporting sexual assault in countries which may shame the victims.

So cases of rape in the west are very low compared to the Islamic countries, make sense.

I won't believe it as well.
Why the North Korean or whatever their nationality is, to attack women altogether in one specific day?
Why they have to do such act all at one specific time and then gone away?
Sorry, i'm a skeptical person.
