To my knowledge the people of North Korea rank themselves as the second happiest people in the world, according to their own "Global Happiness Index".
People can be coerced/discouraged from proper reporting, especially with reporting sexual assault in countries which may shame the victims.

A crime is A crime and should be reported, that what i know.

I wish I knew how the most recent Arab-speaking immigrants to Germany are housed, and how well integrated they currently are. Particularly when it comes to jobs and earning power.

The police described the event as peaceful and the girl think that what happened wasn't

Arabic has a distinctive enough sound for a German speaker. Some expressions, such as "Allah Akbar", are fairly easy to recognize immediately by pretty much anyone.

That is actually a very good thing to ask, although far less of an unbelievable mystery than you seem to be implying.
