if wolves can come in sheeps clothing, then are they wolves because of actions? or wolves because of what they chose to wear?Is there some reason for wanting to identify as 'Christian' that I'm missing here?
You are right. If what you do gives you pleasure and knowledge, it is not a waste of time.
I have no gripe, just a difference of opinion as to the value of roll playing.
Christianity is not a fantasy on your say so. Many more intelligent than you accept it as a fact. If all of your reading has not led you to the FACT there is a spiritual life, it only has earthly value and when the fat lady sings, you will understand the ultimate knowledge of the truth.

And those said people do not have the intellectual fortitude to shaken their own beliefs. The amount of philosophical dilemmas and logical fallacies posed by Christian teaching is so unfathomable we might as well make the core doctrines of Christianity itself a fallacy.
If I cannot use any of my senses to find a spiritual life then how do you know it? Do you have supernatural eyes or ears?
I have been a Christian before and felt that it was real but presuming reality and experiencing it are not the same.
give me an example. Maybe you have not studied it enough to understand it.
Something will change in your life, that you do not understand.
If you were ever a Christian, you still are. You have become a prodigal.
It is spelled "role"
This has been bugging me the whole time.
Of course not. Jesus never claimed to be almighty God, but rather his Son.So is a practicing christian, who doesn't believe Jesus is God an atheist?
I was also a Muslim!
But I am done, these are laughable comments

How can one be a practicing Christian if they don't believe in Christ? But one doesn't have to believe that Jesus is God to believe in a god. Adherents of Judaism reject Jesus as the son of god yet are quite obviously not atheists, for example.

After the Romans succeeded in killing him, you mean.Jesus is not God, he is a messenger of God to the Jews who tried to kill him but Almighty God raised him to heavens.
Jesus' death could not occur on the Cross, they mistook that he had died. Later Jesus along-with Mary, his mother and some other close friends, he went out of Judea, so the Romans couldn't kill Jesus. PleaseAfter the Romans succeeded in killing him, you mean.

what is more important?
The way they look?
or
The WAY they act?
John 10:16
I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.
Yeah...so...
You can follow the Bible, but leave out the supernatural parts. It's been done before, most famously by Jefferson. And I would see that as Christian philosophy.
Still confused by the motivation. I mean to say...
what is more important?
The way they look?
What they call themselves?
or
The WAY they act?
Ultimately, call yourself Christian if you like. Just be ready for people to misunderstand your position based on the use of that label.
unlike Jefferson, I believe the miracles happened. I just believe they couldn't have occurred without a believer's cooperation.
Matthew 13:58
And he did not do many miracles there because of their lack of faith.
