today's society doesn't allow people to have a christian lifestyle. today's society divides people and makes people lonely. society is ruled by the antichrist and, if someone chooses to live in accordance with the teachings of Christ, society will reject them.

What teachings of Christ does society reject people for following?

then why homeless people exist? where are the christians to help them?
Yes, where are the Christians, is right! There are lots of those who call themselves Christian, but as Jesus said, "By their fruits you shall know them," not by their professed beliefs and self-righteous hypocrisies.

There's no such things as dietary rules. In the NEw Testament, God says we can eat whatever
Some denominations have a different interpretation than yours. Many restaurants will have a fish special on Fridays to cater to observant Catholics, and the Mormon prohibition on coffee and tea is easy enough to follow - there are generally other beverage options, if only water. Compare that to trying to keep kosher, for instance.

these are nothing in the eyes of god.
Who said anything about God? You were the one who brought up the "Christian lifestyle." Our society was built around catering to the lifestyle of Christians.

where is the love??? why the homeless and starving???
Are you arguing that Christians are somehow prevented from showing love or helping the needy?

Do you know what happens in our society if a group of Christians start a campaign to help the needy? The government gives them and everyone who donates to them tax breaks. If they're successful enough, the group gets recognition and awards. They're encouraged by society if anything.

Tell me where in society-at-large you see those things played out.
I just finished ready a biography of Pope John Paul II. He seems to have been amazingly not judgmental*, helpful, compassionate, loving, supportive, kind,

*except where he thought he was judging according to God's will. (ie abortion)

Okay. I ask for a regular joe, you give me the Pope. How are regular people like that?

I think when you get right down to it, it's about Christianity vs secular humanism in regards to lifestyle, religion, politics:
"Summary
An overarching theme given to the world by Christianity is the equality of human beings, and the preciousness and worth of every human life. As put by D'Souza, "This Christian idea was the propelling force behind the campaign to end slavery, the movement for democracy and popular self-government, and also the successful attempt to articulate an international doctrine of human rights. My celebration of Christianity's role in shaping these great social changes comes with a sober corollary: if the West gives up Christianity, it will also endanger the egalitarian values that Christianity brought into the world. The end of Christianity also means the systematic erosion of values like equal dignity and equal rights that both religious and secular people cherish." If securarlism continues to gain, so will the restoration of infanticide, demands for the radical redefinition of the family, the revival of eugenic theories of human superiority, the suppression of freedoms of religion and expression, etc., as well as political tyranny."

No that's not true. People dislike you or like you regardless. You can be an annoying believer or an annoying atheist and guess what people respond to annoying. Most where I live don't care but hey this is oregon.

Christians should probably be living in religious communist communes where they share everything, according to the teachings of Jesus and how the early Church in Acts was described. Yes, it would be very hard to live that way today. Most Christians are fakes, anyway.

For those of us who have to hide our beliefs from christian friends, family, and coworkers (or suffer very real world repercussions), they might find your premise a bit hypocritical...

So, can you get me a In-N-Out burger, fries and a sugar Coke?

The Impact of Christianity - Faith Facts

I think you and others have some good points to make against the OP, but as a member of a free society you can move. Come to Cali.
I don’t need to move - I’m fine with getting paid days off for Christmas and Easter. I’m pointing out that I *don’t* get the Jewish High Holidays or Eid off. People who celebrate those holidays can do it, but they generally have to take the time off unpaid. Christians have it pretty good in this society.

If Jesus returned, yet they didn't realize it was him, most Christians would call him a dirty socialist hippy.

Why would you care about being rejected by society?
Aren't you storing up your treasures in heaven?

Jesus was rejected by society, who's more Christlike than Jesus himself?

Yup. If Jesus and the original disciples rolled up into a church today, the pastor would probably want them to leave or be arrested because they'd look like dirty swarthy homeless people (yes, Jesus was probably ripe, lol). Which they pretty much were since they traveled from town to town and couch-surfed with friends, and left their jobs and families behind. They were an ascetic wandering religious commune of the poor and outcast, mainly.
