Do you limit yourself to the New Testament because the Old Testament is Blatantly wrong?

If you do feel that the Old Testament is blatantly wrong then tell me how worshipping a blatantly wrong being that, changed his mind, is right. Also explain how that is different than Hitler being blatantly wrong, but changing his mind and becoming good, and then everyone considering him a good guy while sweeping the holocaust under the rug like mindless zombies.

If you consider the Old Testment good then explain how killing someone on Sunday is a good thing. Also explain why killing gays is good and anyone who doesn't believe the way you do. Explain how genocide is good and how a global flood was good.

My guess is your will answer with a non answer along the lines of, "Only God knows." In which case, "Only Hitler Knows," I think he is swell just blindly because he told me ta do it.

Sorry for the hint of sarcasm, but its just too much.

Actually I will not answer as you think. Tho old testament was not wrong and it is also not written to the Christian it was written to the Jew. The tenants of Christianity are in the NT.

So the god of the OT is a different deity than the god of the NT, right?
Otherwise the OT would also apply to the god of the NT.

Is it not the same deity in both testaments?
If it is, then when talking about said deity, the OT is just as relevant as the NT.

The only way you can justify denying the actions of god in the OT is to claim that the deity of the NT is different.

I think most of this is over your heads. The Jews took the land that was promised them. Yes God had many rules set that killed and those were changed when Christ went to the Cross. It does not mean any of it is Good in the eyes of God but the way it is dealt with has changed. Read the Christian Bible KJV or NIV you will see it in there toward the end of the Book.

well i'm not denying God buddy,i believe it is indeed likely that God touched off the universe.....i just see no evidence that he's tinkered with it since or come down to introduce himself.
