So, if you drink coffee, how do you drink it?

I can understand that. Coffee is actually good for you, as you doubtless already know. However, I'm also certain that the sugar I put in the coffee undoes any possible benefit.I tried coffee for the first time about two years ago. I started drinking it about once or twice per week after that, and always with cream and sugar. It tasted good and felt good for a bit, but then the sugar felt bad after that.
So I haven't bothered to have any in about a year.
Coffee appears to be decent for people in moderate amounts, although it depends. Some people are more sensitive to the caffeine, and one must consider total caffeine intake from coffee, tea, chocolate, etc. Black coffee does overall have some good research for its benefits.I can understand that. I do suppose it would be easy to eventually despise coffee when one works in a coffee shop.I work at a coffee shop. I now hate coffee, but occasionally I'll have an ice coffee with a bit of cream and sugar
Personally, I avoid almost all added sugar, except for a few grams in my dark chocolate and several grams in my vanilla ice cream on occasion. So any other things like coffee with added sugar would result in overall more added sugar per day.

Yep. That's how I drink mine, as well.I love a strong, bold coffee with creamer.
