Do you see religions or holy books stopping personal or human growth, how?

More so than not, yes. It happens when a person thinks that the religion or holy book knows more about God than he does. He begins to accept authority from outside, rather than building his own notiions -- his own relationship with God -- from within. (Whenever I hear a Muslim describe Islam as 'submission', I shudder.)

Religions also tend to separate people into groups. That's not healthy for growth.

What do you mean ambiguity and uncertainty, do you mean reducing those factors so you have more stability in material life (such as a house, family, insurance and so on, for the future)?

No. I mean in one's intellectual/spiritual life, one can't grow if one already knows the answers. Socrates was wise because he refused to know what was true. (If I understand Socrates, which I may not.)

In the real world, uncertainty can be the worst state. In the intellectual world, it's often the best state.

A potential lack of postmortem cookies doesn't make our time on this earth less meaningful. On the contrary, if this is all we have then that makes it much more precious and all the more reason to make the best of it.

how to identify that who are the chosen people ??? who are the people blessed by GOD ???

I think God's blessings are different than mankind's. The Bible teaches "The greatest among you is your servant". The greatest blessings are not oil, or wealth, or power - the greatest blessings are having a close and loving family, living in peace, having friends, and joy.

John 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring...

There are different tribes, different folds of sheep, but all are beloved children of Heavenly Father. If you want to know what fold you are supposed to be in, then pray and ask. The Spirit is real. When you are within your fold, you will feel a warmth - a fire - a power come within you, and it will let you know that you are in the right place. The Spirit of God is real, you can actually feel it, and it can actually direct you.

Please provide good evidence that shows that any of this is true.

Evidences do exist,but honestly saying i am boring from debating such issues for explaining the quran sceintific miracles which was imposible for an illiterate person to know it before1400 years ago and all replies for such issues are programmed as follow.

1 - The quran is a faith book,not a science one.
2 - That was known for long time ago before the prophet's era.
3 - That was a forer effect or twisted translation...etc

Also evidences from the nature in our era,but the same,not all will believe.

OR Just we have to carry on with the Religion and Sect in which we born and do not care about what others do ???

I disagree. I think people should explore other religions and philosophies and choose for themselves which is "best"

Where the Quest of Truth Leads Us ??? Is there any End to It ? OR It ends with the Death ???

The quest will continue until we all die out or we find an answer
